Avatar Records Avatar is an independent electronic music label established in 1997. Releasing psytrance, chillout, ambient, lounge, café and yoga music.

Avatar Records was established in 1997. From the first release 'Ama Zone' by Asia 2001, Sony Music signed a deal with Avatar and its releases were the first to be licensed and released locally in South East Asia. Avatar became a subsidiary of NMC Music/Sony Israel. Through the years, Avatar has gained a reputation and is recognized as a label of quality. After relationship with EMI and Universal,

Avatar became a fully independent label. Its main musical genres are electronica, trance, ambient, chillout and lounge. Under the umbrella of Avatar are the labels: Avatar Spirit (Lounge, Yoga and Café), ProFile (Classics in Trance and Ambient). Trans’pact and its sub labels. Avatar and Asia 2001 turn a spotlight on Sherkan and are proud to announce the release of the Arara remix by Yarden Harari.
Sherkan first made its debut on Asia 2001 live sets and soon became a fan favorite due to its bold energy and engaging rhythmic structures. The EP combines three versions of the track. Coming April 11th.
