🧾 Job description:
• Operating automated machining lines: starting machines, manually transferring parts (~1 kg) between processingsteps via roller conveyors (manual work only on one line), periodic replacement of cutting tools, coolantrefills, chip collection.
• Visual quality inspection: checking every machined part, occasional in-process control (a few pieces per shift), manual turning.
• Manual material handling: carrying parts up to 15 kg, cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Adjustment and control of machining tools (CPUN team): potential contact with substances like alcohol, solvents, and degreasers.

Job description:
• Manual transport tasks: lifting boxes (5–20 kg), handlingparts/components (1–12 kg), pushing trolleys and transport platforms, operating manual and electrictransport carts.
• Operating machinery and equipment: towing vehicles, forklifts, overhead cranes, barcode scanners, and manual screwdrivers.
• Parts warehouse: receiving deliveries (loading/unloadingtrucks), stock inventory management.
• Work rhythm determined by the speed of the productionline.
🔹 Foundry
Job description:
• Operating machinery and equipment: adjusting burners for mold heating, placing/removing parts into/from machines, transferring components between machines(core up to 1.5 kg, blocks and heads moved on rollerconveyors up to 2 kgf), machine start-up.
• Manual transport tasks: pushing carts with parts, occasional lifting (a few times per shift) of itemsweighing up to 15 kg.
• Cleaning and servicing tasks: furnace cleaning, carryingbuckets/containers with sand (approx. 10 kg), visualinspection of components.
🔹 Machining
Job description:
• Operating an automated machining line: starting machines, manually transferring (approx. 1 kg) parts betweenprocesses via a roller conveyor (manual operation on only one line), periodic replacement of cutting tools, coolant handling, chip collection.
• Visual inspection: inspecting every machined part, in-process checks (several per shift), manual rotation of parts.
• Manual transport tasks: lifting elements (up to 15 kg), cleaning workstations.
• Tool control and adjustment (CPUN team): potentialexposure to alcohol-based cleaning agents, solvents, and degreasers.
🔹 Assembly
Job description:
• Operating machinery and equipment: engine test booths, machine start-up (safety shields, light curtains).
• Engine assembly: line-paced work, manual pressing and fastening of components, operation of electric and pneumatic tools, picking and handling components from shelves/machines (up to approx. 7 kg), degreasingsurfaces with petroleum-based substances.
• Manual transport tasks: weekly pushing of carts, lifting components (up to 20 kg), cleaning within the work area.
• The job requires: good hand coordination (handling small parts), sharp eyesight (visual inspection), and ability to distinguish basic colors.
🔹 Quality Department
Job description:
• Operating machinery and equipment: engine test booth(hazardous area), measuring devices (microscopes, defectoscopes), grinders, polishers, and saws – for preparing test samples.
• Manual transport tasks: pushing carts, cleaning, handlingtest items (several times a day, approx. 20 kg).
• Office work (approx. 10–20% of the time): preparingreports, entering data, drafting work instructions.
• Component analysis: engine disassembly (manual and power tools), washing/cleaning parts (using petrol, solvents, acids).
🕒 Working hours:
5 days/week, 3 rotating shifts:
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00
💰 Salary and bonuses:
• Base salary: 5,650 PLN gross/month
• With 2+ years of production experience (documented): 5,800 PLN gross/month
Bonuses and additional benefits:
• +200 PLN gross/month – quality and safety bonus
• +300 PLN gross/month – compensatory allowance
• +350 PLN gross/month – meal allowance (on-site canteen, meals cost 7–9 PLN; coffee & tea are free). You receive a 350 PLN food card (60% covered by employer).
• +20% night shift premium
• +50% for overtime on regular working days (Mon-Fri)
• +100% for weekend work
• +Annual bonus: 1/12 of the base salary
• +750 PLN gross – special financial support (e.g., marriage, childbirth, family death)
• +Transport subsidy: only 20 PLN/month for employeescommuting from cities like Strzelin, Oława, Brzeg, Namysłów, Bierutów, Oleśnica, Grodków, Wrocław
• +Option to join Medicover Sport
• +Every 30 days worked = 2 additional paid leave days
📄 Contract type:
Temporary employment contract – maximum 18 months (in line with Polish law)
• 1st contract: 3 months
• 2nd contract: 6 months
• 3rd contract: 9 months
