Refined Sunday brunch 🧁✨
🍋 Nice has no shortage of hotel brunches, but the new Sunday offering at feels distinctly different.
🥘 Perched atop the five-star , the restaurant has introduced Les Cocottes du Dimanche; a weekly brunch concept built around elegant casserole-style dishes (“cocottes”) served buffet-style every Sunday.
🍖 Rather than focusing on quantity or oversized buffet stations, Taulissa leans into refinement and technique. Many of the dishes are presented in individual cocottes, giving the brunch a more intimate, almost plated-dining feel while still keeping the convivial spirit of a buffet.
🥐 The menu changes regularly, but recent offerings included mimosa eggs, roast chicken cocotte, carved lamb with sauce, and a generous cheese selection.
👨🏻🍳 The brunch is overseen by chefs Glenn Viel and Fred Grava, whose Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant has quickly become one of Nice’s standout dining destinations.
🥁 What elevates the experience further is the setting itself: panoramic rooftop views over the Mediterranean and the rooftops of Nice, paired with live music by The French Touch Band throughout brunch service.
💸 The brunch is priced at €85 per person.
