J'ai fait ce titre il y a une quinzaine d'années en pensant directement à Nicolas Sarkozy. Et vu son actualité, c'est très approprié et je lui dédie ce morceau.
Petite anecdote : lors d'une de nos réunions avec le collectif des soundsystems (en 2002 et le debut des "Sarkoval" )et lui, lorsqu'il était alors ministre de l'Intérieur, il nous avait dit en partant : "On se reverra peut-être en t**f", mot pour mot. Je me rappelle avoir regretté de ne pas l'avoir enregistré ce jour-là et de m'en servir dans un de mes morceaux. 😉

Nearly 30 years of music, close to 2,000 events, and more than 30 countries played across the world.
None of this would have been possible without the organizers, sound systems, collectives, labels, and above all you, the crowd — for your trust, your energy, and your support throughout all these years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What’s funny is that the first time I ever played at a party, I didn’t even want to.
I wasn’t planning on playing live in front of people at all. I was only creating electronic music and jamming with machines only for myself since the mid 80's, after declining several times invitations at parties, I finally agreed by saying:
“OK… first and last time.”
But I got hooked.
The energy, the connection, the shared moments on the dancefloor — and I simply never stopped.
There is also something more personal I want to share.
One of my greatest regrets is that I never had children.
Now, at 59 years old, the hope of becoming a father one day is slowly fading away.
But life has its own way of offering balance.
Over the years, I found another kind of family — in the people I meet every weekend, in the shared moments, the smiles, the nights, the roads, the dancefloors.
A chosen family, built through music, encounters, and human connections.
Today, after all these years, the passion is still there, stronger than ever.
I nearly made, thru production and live performances, every kind of tunes, totally different from each other, techno, tekno, hardtek, hardfloor, acidcore, tribe, tribecore, raggatek, hardcore, speedcore, doomcore, trance, dubstep, bass music, even house, downtempo/triphop , electro, synthpop, breakcore, not because I was searching myself, just because I was hungry to make and try everything I like.
And this year opens a new chapter with a world tour full of new adventures and new horizons: Argentina in February, Australia in April, and a return to Colombia, Japan, and more to come.
I hope to meet you again somewhere on the road, on a dancefloor, somewhere in the world, to keep writing this story together.
The journey is far from over.
Just KEEP ON RAVING / RAVE TO THE CRAVE 😈
