We recently finished creating 3D models of the Nothing Phone (4a) for Alza.cz

Nothing phones are known for their distinctive industrial design — transparent layers, visible components and the iconic Glyph lighting system.

When preparing 3D models for e-commerce, our goal is not only visual accuracy but also to show what makes the product unique.

In this case we prepared the model so the Glyph interface can be animated, allowing customers to see one of the phone’s signature features directly in an interactive 3D viewer or in AR.

Because we’ve been producing 3D product assets for years, the models are also carefully optimized for web performance and mobile devices — making them suitable for:

• interactive product pages
• AR product previews
• marketing campaigns
• sales presentations

Design-driven products like this show why interactive 3D is becoming a natural extension of product photography.

3 Ways to Create a 3D Model – And Why We Offer Them All

Every product is different. Some are soft and irregular (like an acupressure mat), others have precise technical shapes (like a posture corrector with plastic supports). That’s why we combine 3D scanning, photo-based modeling, and CAD conversion – choosing the right method based on the product.

This flexibility allows us to create interactive 3D models of virtually any product, regardless of its shape, material, or complexity.

For example, for the brand LyfeFocus, which specializes in wellness products, we created 3D models of both an acupressure mat and a posture corrector – each using a different technique, but with the same result: accurate, optimized, and ready for web, AR, or configurators.

A few days ago, Alza.cz, a leader and innovator on the Czech market, published information on the implementation of the AR function in its application for selected product segments.
About three-quarters of a year ago, Alza asked us if we would like to work with them to implement AR in their e-shop. We helped Alza not only with the implementation of AR technology, but we also created a number of 3D models, including animations, from which both vendors and Alza were enthusiastic. Personally, I think that 3D animations are the future. I will sometimes discuss their use and potential in more detail.

Modern manufacturing processes have long been ready to provide end customers with customization options, but they lacked a simple tool to obtain specifications from the customer. And this is where 3D configurators are applied.

Our scanning technology and processing workflows transform any product into a photorealistic 3D model, including adaptation for configurators. The difference between a scanned and a modeled 3D model is obvious and the end customer does not have confidence in a product that is presented by an artificial-looking 3D model.

More and more end customers shop online and leave the conservative way of shopping in brick-and-mortar stores. The presentation of the product in 3D provides end customers with the advantage of brick-and-mortar stores, where the end customer can interactively view the product in detail. This connects them with a potential purchase. It is therefore no surprise that our customers, who have already implemented 3D in their e-shops, confirm the increase in sales by about 15% and at the same time the decrease in returned goods.
