After several months I can now proudly present to you all here my custom build of (what I believe is) 1/1 Pioneer DJ XDJ-700-W.
Finish in matt white with built-in 230V converter (which I presume should be done like this from factory already, because over 70% faults of these xdjs are with ext. adapters). All other colour codes are 100% matching its bigger brother cdj-2000nxs2-w, I even went as far as painting leg parts to match its bigger model brothers. :)
As challenging as this journey was, now I can say it is pretty rewarding to have those jewels with me everywhere they're needed tastefully matching rest of my setup and far more durable under direct sunlight. And again - as all my gear is - all protected with covers.
So...as this project finally comes to its conclusion (still waiting for spare plexi display glass for custom colour to be build under), it is time to give similar care to my mixer, which will be even bigger challenge - more on that coming soon. ;)
