RAFFLE MECHANICS:
1 Qualified to join are all those who have purchased and paid their ticket/s within the selling period.
2 Raffle duration is from July 21, 2025 – September 13, 2025.
3 All raffle stubs should be legibly filled out with complete name, contact number/s, and email address.
4 Payment in cash or bank transfer will only be accepted.
5 Completely filled-out stubs should be on hand upon payment.
6 After payment, the Finance Committee representative will insert the filled-out stub in the secured dropbox.
7 Deadline of payment and dropping of stubs is on September 13, 2025 from 8:00am to 5:00pm only.
8 The Grand draw will be held on September 13, 2025 all throughout the day.
9 Prizes are not convertible to cash.
10 Participants cannot win two (2) prizes within a specific category (50 and 100). If a name is drawn more than once in a specific category, participants may choose between the two prizes drawn.
For example, a participant can win both in 50 and 100 categories but cannot win 2 prizes within 50 or 2 prizes within 100 categories.
11 Winners will be announced during the event day. All winners are entitled for the prizes whether or not they are present in the event.
12 If the winning ticket is named after a minor, parents/guardians will be required to claim the prize.
13 Winners will be notified by phone/email; a list of winners will be posted in the FBF's social media pages.
14 All winners will be given sixty (60) days after the draw to claim their prize. After the 60-day period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of FBF NOC.
15 Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as driver’s license/SSS card/ Passport and the winning raffle ticket*in good condition upon claiming their prize; in case of loss, winners must present proof of payment.
