I along with my family visited the orphanage of Begum Inayat Hussain Trust to spend time with the wonderful children there and to celebrate 15th Ramzan with them.

The 15th of Ramzan marks the blessed birth of Imam Hassan (A.S.), who is remembered for his generosity, kindness, and compassion for others. In that spirit, we wanted to share some moments of happiness with the children and remind them that they are loved and valued.

I encourage everyone to look around in their own communities and extend support to orphaned children in whatever way possible. Even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in their lives.

I would also like to salute the inspiring woman behind this orphanage. Being an orphan herself, she was raised with care, educated to become a doctor, and today she is giving back to society by dedicating her life to these children. Such examples remind us how compassion can transform lives and create hope for others.

Proud to be part of a meaningful initiative that puts people first.
Our three-day Eye Care Camp at ASTP, organized by the PITB Communication & Coordination Wing in collaboration with Mughal Optical Services, is underway under the PITB Connect 360 initiative.

December being the Gift of Sight Month makes this effort even more special—promoting vision care, well-being, and workplace wellness together.

Celebrating World Food Day with Green Hearts! 🌿
This World Food Day, I had the joy of organising an event at Leadership School. I also put up a stall, not to sell, but to give back to the earth. We shared plants and seeds with children and parents, sparking conversations about where our food really comes from and how each of us can play a part in growing it.
Watching the children’s eyes light up as they held their first sapling or seed packet reminded me that small actions truly plant big dreams.
Home gardening isn’t just about fresh vegetables or herbs — it’s about connection, care, and creating a sustainable future right from our balconies, windowsills, and backyards.
Let’s make every day a little more “green” — one seed, one pot, one plant at a time.

We are born to shine. We are born to cast off the limiting beliefs that push us into the shadows, dimming our light and our capacity to make a difference.
Are you ready? Will you dare to cast off self-doubt and fear to step beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone into a whole new era of living wild and free in the land of your own Queendom?

Our brothers and sisters in Pakistan are going through unimaginable suffering due to the floods. Families need urgent support, especially food, blankets, medicines, and essentials for women and children.

Let’s step forward together and send items that truly matter — food, warm clothing, medicines, pampers, shoes, socks, and daily necessities.
Every small act of kindness can bring comfort and hope.
Essential items can be donated to Edhi Foundation, Red Crescent or any reliable NGO.

Dear CSS Members,
At this critical hour, when countless families across Pakistan are battling the devastation of floods, our responsibility as a community becomes even greater. People have lost not just their homes, but their dignity, comfort, and hope. This is the time to stand united, not just in words, but in action. Instead of sending money, I request you to focus on essential items that directly bring relief to our brothers and sisters in need.
*Food items & dry rations
*Blankets, mattresses, pillows
*Clothes, shoes & socks
*Women and children’s necessities (pampers, sanitary items, etc.)
Medicines
*Water bottles, toothpaste & toothbrushes, Mosquito repellent & Insecticides, etc.

Every small contribution can rebuild a life, protect a child from the cold, or bring comfort to a mother in distress. Let us prove that compassion is stronger than calamity. Together, we can turn despair into hope.

Message by Amina Mohsin, CSS General Secretary.

Special Thanks: Sohail Abbas Mirza

Attending a vibrant and heartwarming graduation ceremony at the International University of Kyrgyzstan — a remarkable institution founded by a visionary Pakistani businessman and philanthropist Imran Nazir. Truly enjoying the spirit of Pak-Kyrgyz friendship, beautifully echoed by a soulful Kyrgyz singer chanting “Long Live Pakistan-Kyrgyz Friendship!” A proud and emotional moment! 💚🇵🇰🤝🇰🇬🎓

I love Berlin!
In Berlin, there are special discount offers not only during Christmas but also during Ramazan Kareem for Muslim community. I hope that someday people in Pakistan also follow Berlin's tradition and lower prices during Ramazan Kareem.

I organized a session on positive parenting at Leadership School with cooperation of Dr. Dania Qazi, a dedicated eductionist and COO of Leadership Schools.

Dr. Dania Qazi guided mothers about significance of mental wellbeing and provided practical advices on maintaining emotional balance while raising children.

I also shared my experiences as a mother and encouraged mothers to incorporate kindness into their parenting approach, fostering a more positive and nurturing environment for their children. I also advised mothers to engage in hobbies like gardening and distributed seasonal seeds, encouraging mothers to grow plants with their children as a bonding activity that also teaches responsibility and promote green and clean environment.

A copied and pasted write up but should remain active in our minds all the times!

“Walk gently in the lives of others. Not all wounds are always visible...”

The car in front of me was moving like a turtle and would not give way to me despite my constant honking!
I was about to lose my cool when I noticed the little sticker on the back of the car!

"I am physically disabled; please be patient"

And that changed everything!!

I immediately calmed down and slowed down!!

In fact, I have become a little more protective of the car and the driver!!!

I got home a few minutes late, but it was okay!

Then it occurred to me.

Would I have been more patient if there wasn't a sticker?

Why do we need labels to be patient with people?

Would we be more patient and kind to others if people had stickers on their foreheads?

Labels such as:
"I lost my job,"

"I am fighting cancer"

“I suffer from emotional abuse,”

"I lost a loved one,"

"I feel worthless,"

"financially bankrupt".and others!!

Everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about.

The least we can do is be patient, kind, and compassionate.

Let's respect the invisible labels!!
Knowing that each person carries multiple labels.

That's why they say:...
Walk gently in the lives of others. Not all wounds are always visible...
