I'm looking out of my living room's window in Oulu, Northern Finland.

It's noon on Sunday, 24th May 2026, and it's been raining heavily whole night, and still continuing. The backyard is flooded.

It's cold, both, outside and inside my apartment.

It's dark, both, outside and inside my apartment.

Three birds are taking shelter in the small feeding house I created for them just outside of my apartment. That's a record amount.

What I'm trying to say is: Summer is coming. One day. Maybe next year.

Only one more week! Monday, 4th May 2026 is Dub Flash Day again! It's the 28th anniversary. Soon I gotta start preparing for the 30th anniversary. Time is running. 😉

"Dub Mash episode 60: Night Train to Oulu (Part 3)" is now available for stream and download on dubflash.com.

On top of that, the first step of my streamlining process is done: All Dub Mash episodes have now exactly the same information and file structure, and that's throughout all the different platforms. This was on my "to do" list for a long time.

The Helsinki-based label Piennar just released a limited cassette (MC) compilation called "Another 24 Interpretations of Dub". It's also available digitally on Bandcamp.

I tell you, because there is a cross-connection to one of the latest Dub Flash releases. If you have followed my posts on social media - which I know you haven't - you know which one I'm talking about.
