More than 50 Funktion-One loudspeakers, combined with TiMax object-based audio, have been installed at WooHoo in Dubai. The restaurant blends sound, light, video, holograms and volumetric imagery into a dynamic dining experience.

It’s an impressive project and a reminder that, even in a world of AI, holograms and kinetic sculptures, carefully designed sound remains one of the most powerful tools for creating genuine emotional engagement.

Eight stages. Four days. Thirty six hours to build it all.

Audio Feed returned to Gottwood Festival with eight Funktion-One sound systems across the site, deploying Evolution X, Evolution 2, F-Series, Bass Reflex and infrabass systems to deliver immersive sound while meeting strict environmental noise limits.

From Tree House and The Barn to Walled Garden and The Curve, carefully designed four-point systems helped create powerful, controlled soundfields throughout the festival, keeping energy on the dancefloor where it belongs.

A huge effort from everyone involved, and another great collaboration between Audio Feed, Gottwood and Funktion-One.
