🥩 Cajun Shrimp Steak Delight 🍤

Ingredients:

4 steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Season Steaks: Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
Sear Steaks: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, then set aside.
Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink (2-3 minutes).
Make Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stir in Cajun seasoning, and simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Add Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Serve: Top steaks with shrimp sauce and garnish with parsley.

3 lb beef brisket
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ cup beef broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

1️⃣ Season Brisket: Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub all over the brisket.

2️⃣ Slow Cook: Place brisket in the slow cooker. Combine BBQ sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce, and pour over the brisket.

½ cup chopped walnuts

½ cup softened butter

½ tsp salt
½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

A rich, creamy Oreo Cheesecake with a crunchy cookie crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and luscious Oreo whipped cream topping.

📝 Ingredients
For the Cookie Crust (Choose One):

Option 1: 35 Oreos (with filling), crushed + 70g melted butter
Option 2: 300g Oreo cookies (without filling) + 100g melted butter
For the Cheesecake:

750g cream cheese, softened
200ml sour cream
150g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
12-15 Oreo cookies, quartered
For the Oreo Whipped Cream:

360g heavy cream
100g Oreo cookies (without filling), crushed
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup icing sugar
Topping:

12 whole Oreos
Crushed Oreo crumbs
👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep Oven: Preheat to 160°C (325°F). Fill a tray with water and place on the lower rack. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2️⃣ Make Crust:

Option 1: Crush 35 Oreos with filling and mix with 70g melted butter.
Option 2: Crush 300g Oreos without filling, mix with 100g butter.
Press into the pan and bake for 8-10 mins. Set aside.
3️⃣ Cheesecake Filling:
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in Oreo quarters. Pour into crust.

4️⃣ Bake: Bake for 1 hour 15 mins until the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let it sit for an hour. Cool at room temperature for 4-6 hours, then chill overnight.

5️⃣ Oreo Whipped Cream:
Whip cream, vanilla, and icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside half for plain piping. Fold crushed Oreos into the remaining cream.

6️⃣ Assemble:
Spread Oreo whipped cream on top of the cheesecake. Pipe plain cream swirls if desired. Garnish with whole Oreos and crushed crumbs.

1 lb steak (strip loin, ribeye, etc.)
Cajun seasoning, to taste
2 tbsp butter
8 oz shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth (or white wine)
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Cook Steak: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with Cajun seasoning and sear both sides until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.

2️⃣ Cook Shrimp: Lower heat, melt butter, and cook shrimp until pink (1-2 minutes per side). Set aside.

3️⃣ Garlic & Deglaze: Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in broth and deglaze the pan, scraping up bits.

4️⃣ Cream Sauce: Add cream, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute.

5️⃣ Finish Sauce: Stir in Parmesan until melted. Add lemon juice, parsley, and shrimp.

6️⃣ Serve: Pour the sauce and shrimp over the steak. Enjoy!
