LipTalk is a plugin for Cinema 4D (R23 - 2024) for automatic lip syncing. It is compatible for custom characters as well for characters from DAZ Studio. It is pretty powerful and can animate from converted audiofiles or from text input.
Text Mode is very powerful and suitable for subsequent voiceovers.
The text input also allows you to add special parameters to each phoneme with a special syntax to customize every aspect of your animation.
