GLM Music is an independent record label and publishing company with sublabels which mainly focus on Jazz, World, Instrumental, Reggae and demanding Pop Music. Internationally successful bands and artists like Quadro Nuevo, Evelyn Huber, Mulo Francel, Chris Gall, Giovanni Costello, Esther Kaiser, Joe Krieg, Gregor Hübner and many others are signed on the GLM labels.
“Music for all senses” – GLM

gives this slogan top priority because all releases are distinguished by a high qualitative claim. On the label Edition Collage, which already exists more than 30 years, you can find productions of German and European musicians, who commit themselves to Jazz in small, mostly acoustic and sometimes also not ordinary instrumentations. The label Fine Music stilistically offers a more diversified musical range: Here the musical enthusiast hears music between Pop, Jazz, World and Score. The third label combines carefully selected compilations out of the GLM catalogue themed Dinnermusic. Finally our latest label - Impulso - delights the mainly young audience by its snappy interpretation of Reggae, Latin, Funk and many other influences from Afrika and Latin America. Last but not least the always optically elaborated and appealing packagings are also a standard at GLM because: “The eye also listens”! Certainly this is also a reason why the CDs out of the GLM catalogue are perfectly suited not only to the personal pleasure but also as a present hint. Whether for lovely hours alone, twosome or with friends and family, on the way or at home: Here you can find the suitable music for every occasion!

We released the single shortly before Claudio Roditi’s 80th heavenly birthday on May 28, 2026. A master of nuance, effortlessly combining powerful presence with elegant lightness in his playing, deeply rooted in the melodic richness of swing. Undoubtedly, Rhode Island–born Scott Hamilton ranks among the great storytellers on the tenor saxophone, standing firmly in the tradition of iconic swing-tenor jazz masters such as Ben Webster, Coleman Hawkins, Lester Young, and Zoot Sims.

With his new album, "In The Still Of The Night," Hamilton continues his impressive 50-year career and simultaneously makes his debut on the GLM label. Once again, he showcases his remarkable gift for unearthing forgotten gems from jazz history and infusing them with fresh, vibrant life.
