These individuals may ask for account information, passwords, verification codes, payments, items, or other sensitive information.

🔒 Protect Your Account
Please keep the following precautions in mind:
- Ragnarok Zero: Global staff will never ask for your account password.
- Never share your password, verification codes, or other sensitive account information with anyone.
- Do not send Zeny, items, or payments to anyone claiming that doing so is required for account verification, investigations, rewards, or account recovery.
