To all my friends who know me for my engagement in synthetic fuels or alternative mobility concepts...: It´s time to talk ! It´s time to tell everybody about our chances with synthetic fuels! It´s time to fill the gap in communication between politics and the industry - for the users, hard-users, the public and our chances of future mobility.
I have personally been involved a long time ago in green mobility future, had talks with the e-fuels-alliance and others. Since three (3) years we are following the development and - thanks god that German politicians have started to re-negotiate in the EU in Brussels - we are now all talking about e-fuels, carbon-free fuels and openess for technology. We now have to keep the "wheel rolling" and continue to explain to all others: What´s all about synthetic fuels!
This is why I will try to do this in a variety of communication -channels as this is our profession. Please like, follow and share.

Rallye Extreme E - is sustainable!
E: The Rally has a brilliant title: Extrem E Racing - the rally has a mission - going to places where the public and wordlwide media has to get involved in nature projects - the whole rally staff and all cars are transported by ship to the venues - the ship is St.Helena it´s run on low-sulphur marine diesel... no flights with all material around the world but a slow moving vessel... the teams -all with identic e-driven rally-cars - are under companionship of drivers like Rosberg, Hamilton, Sainz...

D: Eine Rallye der besonderen Art ist die "Extreme E" - ein Racingformat welches die Teams rund um die Welt an Orte bringt, die unsere Aufmerksamkeit brauchen, Naturschutzprojekte, Reservate... London to Brighton - with carbon-free non-fossil E-Fuel!
E: Thats possible even in very old cars and veteran cars from the very early pioneer-days of mobility... a German team of drivers went on the London to Brighton Vetreran Car Run 2022 with a Covert 1904 with 6,5 Horsepower and a really brave Single-Cylinder-Engine. The 60-miles-run - also known as LBVCR - was successfully finished with no problems at all! A smooth and cool way to show how powerful e-fuels are....
D: E-Fuels - also Synthetische u. nicht-fossile Kraftstoffe, Kohlenstoff-frei, ... sie motorisieren auch Pionierfahrzeuge aus den Geburtsjahren der Mobilität erfolgreich und beweisen die Haltbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit.
Beim berühmten London-Brighton Veteranen-Wettbewerb startete ein deutsches Team des ASC/Allgemeinen Schnauferl Club mit einem Covert von 1904. Der Einzylinder mit 6,5 PS schnurrte wie eine Nähmaschine die über 90 Kilomoter über Berg und Tal von London nach Brighton...

BMW boss Oliver Zipse is skeptical about a possible ban on combustion engines and open to e-fuels. Zipse sees the greatest growth potential in e-mobility.
What is surprising at first: Although e-models give the Munich company the most growth, BMW is steadfastly sticking to the combustion engine. Zipse refers to those cars that are already on the roads across Europe. "We're dealing with 260 million vehicles here," calculates Oliver Zipse. "The only way that these cars can contribute to climate protection are e-fuels."

Was zunächst verwundert: Obwohl E-Modelle den Münchnern das meiste Wachstum bescheren, hält BMW unerschütterlich am Verbrennungsmotor fest.
Aus diesem Grund bescheinigt der BMW-Chef auch den umstrittenen E-Fuels noch eine (große) Zukunft. Zipse verweist dabei auf jene Autos, die bereits europaweit auf den Straßen unterwegs sind. "Wir haben es hier mit 260 Millionen Fahrzeugen zu tun", rechnet Oliver Zipse vor. "Die einzige Möglichkeit, dass diese Autos einen Beitrag zum Klimaschutz leisten können, sind E-Fuels."
