In 2016 Frank Jensen (SoulParlor) and Marcel Fleischmann (SolidM) created their own
playground named „WELL! Deeply enrooted in 70ies Disco and Soul&Funk, these days you can define the WELL! family has so far also hosted parties and long time residencies featuring
friends and talents like Kez Ym, Jazzanova, Frits Wentink, Rainer Trüby, Awanto3,
Damiano von Erckert, Kyodai, Mad Mats, Ugly Drums, Ian

Pooley, Cuthead and Delfonic. The next milestone is going to be their first releases with the imprint of the WELL! movement in order to complete their independent and open-minded concept.

Mr. OFFBeat - Rhythm Mist EP - (WELLWELL003)

With great excitement for the next Well! Well! Music release, we are thrilled to introduce our new artist.
Please give him a warm welcome - Mr OFFBeat aka 1/2 of Kyodai, Wagon Cookin‘, and Bassfort.
With releases on renowned labels such as Local Talk, Freerange Records, Poker Flat, Exploited, and Mule Musiq, he has been contributing to the deep and tech house scene for decades. The highlight so far is probably the track “Breaking,” which even made it onto the soundtrack of GTA 5.
The multi-instrumentalist’s distinctive sound comes from the perfect mix of punchy drum machines plus live drums & percussion, vibrant keys, and groovy basslines.
On his Rhythm Mist EP, he once again shows the scope of his musical horizons, offering us a selection of sublime house, from soulful and techy to jazzy broken beat and 2-step—all wonderfully crafted with his inimitable catchy approach!
