King Charles feiert dieses Wochenende seinen offiziellen Geburtstag. Wir feiern mit – indem Business-Spotlight-Redakteurin Rachel die Namen aller 41 britischen Könige und Königinnen seit 1066 aufsagt. Und ja: aus dem Gedächtnis! Das musste sie in der Schule lernen. Im echten Leben ist dieses Wissen übrigens mittelmäßig hilfreich, aber auf Partys kann sie damit bis heute punkten.

King Charles III celebrates his official birthday this weekend, and to celebrate, here's Business Spotlight editor Rachel naming all of the English monarchs since 1066. She learnt them off by heart in school and can still remember all of them (there are 41!). It's not particularly useful, but it is a cool party trick.

Did you know that food colouring was traditionally made using petroleum-based synthetic dyes? With a growing awareness of the health risks, artificial dyes are slowly being phased out and food manufacturers are already looking for natural alternatives to replace the artificial dyes.
