So let's wrap up the first part of German cities with one everyone is familiar with. Munich is the main city in Bavaria and also the most expensive one. Has some very nice areas to look around, specially around the Marienplatz. I also enjoy taking photos of the surfers at the Eisbachwelle. Tomorrow let's switch categories 😉

Frankfurt is a location that many have landed on, but few have actually being outside of the airport. The city has some beautiful areas and it's the only city in Germany with a skyline. Why is that? Well it was rebuilt by the USA after WWII, therefore following their way of making cities. I've visited this city in many occasions as it is close by where we used to live for 4 years.

I've had the chance to visit the city of Cologne in many ocassions in the past, specially because it used to be the place of the Photokina photography event which was one of the best places to see all the new cameras and gear from all mayor brands. The main city attraction is the cathedral of Cologne which is the tallest twin-spired church in the world, the second tallest church in Europe after the one in Ulm, and the third tallest church of any kind in the world. Even though I've been to this city this many times, I still fail to find time to see what else to see in the city besides the cathedral and the bridge spot location. The cathedral is actually the most visisted landmark in Germany!

The city of fashion and modernism. One of the most recent trips we did was to visit the city of Düsseldorf. The modern architecture and the famous Königsallee street full of fashion stores, makes this city stand out from the rest. The highlight of course is to climb to the Rhine Tower to enjoy the view of tue city!

The city of Hannover is one we have visited many times, specially since we have friends over there showing us around town, discovering the nicest corners of the city 😉. My favorite part is where the new Municipality building is located and the great Maschsee like close by. The Herrenhäuser garden is also a popular destination to see 🙌

Berlin is of course the best city to visit in Germany. The recent history of the WWII (in comparison to other historical events in Europe) can still be seen in many areas of the city, but is not only about that, there is a lot of beauty in the city that I can only being to show with the pictures I have here.

The city of Dresden is the best "preserved" city in Germany. I put it in quotation marks since the city was actually completely rebuilt to it's original form, after it was totally destroyed at the end of the WWII.

Hamburg was the first big city I saw in Germany, still one of my favorites and for sure top of the list only Berlin being higher.

I've been planning forever to create a Top German Cities video for my channel for some time, it is not easy to select which cities are the best in Germany, as each one has things that others don't, however I will post here the ones I believe are closest to the top list, starting with my hometown of course Bremen 😉

One of our most recent trips in Germany a few months ago was around the west area. We visited the small village of Monschau, located right next to the border with Belgium. We actually crossed through Belgium with the car so we spend a few minutes traveling through a new country (still doesn't count) but it was for sure a very nice town to check out.

It's been a while since I have shared any photos around here, mostly because Instagram stopped being a platform for sharing photos and became a tiktok copycat. However I know at least some of the people I know still see these kind of posts, so I thought I would starting sharing again some photos of places I have visited as I don't have much time to makes videos about them. I wanted to start first with a series of places in Germany, this is the island of Helgoland.
I thought this was the furthest north of Germany I have ever been to, but I just realized I've been further north inland, so let's just say it's far from the coast. A special places for birds nesting and a magical location for photographers 😃 Probably a place only germans visit as it is not a typical destination for international tourism because is far to visit it, but if you have the time to go, I would advice you to do so 😉

La zona de Toro Amarillo es un lugar de clima complicado. 2 visitas que comenzaron bien pero luego cambiaron, 2 resultados diferentes, una historia combianda para el recuerdo.
