Gary, big “Betsy” and little “Lucy” face adventures and challenges all over the world 🌍 Maybe that's exactly what sets it apart from the crowd.

Gary on Adventure was never a planned project, it grew out of my passion for challenges. Even today it is a free project that develops freely without coercion and pressure. I'm Gary, of British descent and grew up in Germany. I have been driving motorized two-wheelers for more than 36 years and in this way I would like to continue to discover the world, get to know countries and people and always

face new challenges. On this way I give like-minded people the opportunity to accompany me and I am happy to support them in getting to know this world.

diese Begrüßung haben wir so häufig gehört und gelächelt und uns über Abenteuer, Inhalte, Motorradzubehör und Geschichten von fantastischen Orten gefreut…
„Gary“ unser Vater hat unglaubliches erlebt und auf die Beine gestellt und nun hat er ein neues Kapitel aufgeschlagen…

Leider hat „Gary“ am 14.03.2024 seine letzte Reise angetreten.

Er hatte ein erfülltes und aufregendes Leben, in dem er von seiner Familie von ganzem Herzen geliebt wurde.

Wir haben von der Idee gehört, dass seine Community eine Motorradtour zu seinen Ehren plant und wir hoffen dass so viele wie möglich daran teilnehmen um seinen Traum in die Welt hinaus zu tragen!

Das genaue Datum werden wir Euch allen noch mitteilen!

Wir werden diesen Account anschließend in den Gedenkmodus setzen.

Wir wünschen uns das „Gary on Adventure“ noch viele Menschen inspirieren kann…

Here is my helmet for Lucy, it is the brand new NEXX Helmets X.WED3 Trailmania in Light Sand design. My opinion: It feels great.

I have a very large head, but no problem as there are 3 different helmet shells. It's not just a matter of taking away some padding to make it fit, there's also a larger shell in my size. The weight is still good at 1650g. It is a full carbon helmet. The noise is also pleasant, so far I haven't noticed any problems.

The shield is stable, but still removable and adjustable. You can also expand it with an attachment.

Until now all thumbs up 🆙👍🏻

Excited how she is gonna perform on her first adventure. I will still try to weigh Lucy in her current setup, shouldn’t be so high. How ever, she has far less than Betsy. 🫣

My new Helmet for Season 2024 has arrived.

It’s the NEXX X.WED 3 “Keyo” Blue / Red MT

I guess this Design will match perfectly to Betsy.

For Lucy i have the X.WED3 Trailmania in Light Sand MT

Not as nice as Betsy and Lucy, but that’s were I spent my time today. Getting my Black Bamba (BMW F11) repaired again. At least I got some work done and reached the High Pressure Pump. That’s that rosty lid at the center right. A lot more to go…

BUT today I had my first chance to test drive Lucy after she was pimped with the Throttle Punks Power Kit. https://eshop.throttlepunks.cz/en/yahama-tenere-700-power-kit-euro-5/

What can I say... it's just so much better, especially in the midrange. Since it's not fully retracted yet, I haven't pushed it out to the limits yet. But for shure it’s worth to do it.
