We knew nothing about him other than his age, his rescue given name and his current weight - Meet Cosmo 🐾

We've had Cosmo as a foster for more than 3 weeks but we took time to get to know him and turns out he is the sweetest goodest boy we've ever met 🥹

If you've seen my stories, you've already had a glimpse into our journey to find out who he is and what his story is 🩷 I didn't want to post anything earlier and rush this process but I can't wait to show you more about him!

Cosmo is ready to be adopted 🥹🐾

🐾 Meet Cosmo! 🐾

Cosmo is a handsome 2-year-old, 17.5 lb boy who is ready to find his forever family! ❤️

This sweet little guy is affectionate, playful, and very food-motivated. He loves attention, belly and head scratches, and will happily give you kisses. He has great leash manners and is learning lots of commands, including down, go p*e, go potty, and all done.

Cosmo is still working on a few things, including separation anxiety, crate training, impulse control, and learning not to jump or play-bite when excited. He can get bored and likes to chew, so he’ll need appropriate toys and plenty of mental stimulation.

He is making great progress with his training and will thrive with a patient family who is willing to continue working with him and help him become a confident, independent boy. 🐶💙

Cosmo enjoys his food in a Kong or snuffle mat and loves training sessions—especially when treats are involved! He is also learning to wait at doors and check in with his people.

🏡 Fostered in Fredericton, NB

Cosmo is looking for a loving home that will continue his training, provide structure, patience, exercise, and lots of affection. This sweet boy has so much potential and is ready to find his people! ❤️🐾
