Last Friday, on June 27th, the new Angel of Damnation full length "Ethereal Blasphemy" was released on Dying Victims Productions as LP & CD.

Great to see that the upcoming Angel of Damnation full-length is getting a lot of praise & amazing reviews. As i think it is a outstanding piece of real underground Doom Metal.

It's also nice that people understand the direction we wanted to take with the production of the album.

"The doom of the German band remains something proudly anchored to the past, very stingy with surprises, proudly retro in every single peculiarity. In fact, the production seems even more old-school than the previous releases, very lo-fi, with a rather thin guitar sound, rustic drums and ‘live’ accents (the result of the work of the newcomer Neudi); it’s almost strange to hear the bass so clearly and disconnected from the dynamics of guitar and drums: in short, a sound that could easily have come from a release from forty years ago."*
