Episode 4 — The Day She Chose Herself 💔

After ten years of marriage, Nabeela finally heard the words she never imagined she would hear.

She cried. She remembered. She questioned everything.

But sometimes, walking away isn’t giving up—it’s choosing your dignity, your peace, and the courage to begin again. 🥀

She left the home she once called hers… carrying only a suitcase, memories, and a heart that was still healing.

Some endings hurt. But some endings are the beginning of freedom.

Core Benefits of Reciting This Dua1. Invoking Continuous, Unfailing ProtectionBy asking Allah to protect you with His "Eye which never sleeps," you are acknowledging that while human surveillance and physical security can fail, Allah's oversight is eternal. This mirrors the spiritual attributes found in Ayat al-Kursi, where "Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him". It ensures you are placed under divine custody when you are at your most vulnerable, such as when sleeping or traveling

Shielding Against the Evil Eye (Al-Ayn) and EnvyThe phrase "guard us against the eyes of humans" specifically targets the negative spiritual effects of Hasad (envy) and the destructive power of the evil eye from people around you. It serves as an active shield to protect your health, wealth, family, and success from toxic intentions

One phone call changed Nabeela’s life forever… 💔
She thought Omar was simply out celebrating. She had no idea what was waiting on the other end of the call.

Allāhumma ṣabāḥan lā yaḍīqu lanā fīhi ṣadr, wa lā yaḫību lanā fīhi amr, wa-j‘al lanā fī kulli ḫuṭwatin yusrā, wa fī kulli du‘ā’in qabūlan wa ajrā

O Allah, grant us a morning where our chests do not feel restricted, our affairs do not fail, and make ease for us in every step, and acceptance and reward in every prayer.

Here are the core benefits of reciting this dua:

Relief from Anxiety and Stress: The phrase "lā yadīqu lanā fihi şadr" explicitly asks Allah to protect you from a constricted chest. Reciting it helps relieve morning anxiety, inviting peace and mental clarity as you start your day.

Success and Ease in Daily Affairs: By asking that your affairs do not fail ("lā yahibu lanā fihi amr") and for ease in every step ("yusrā"), you are seeking divine barakah (blessing). It serves as a reminder to rely entirely on Allah (Tawakkul) to smooth out the day's tasks, whether at work, school, or home
Assurance of Answered Prayers: The final plea asks for your supplications to be accepted ("qabūlan") and rewarded ("ajrā"). Cultivating the habit of asking Allah for acceptance builds a stronger spiritual connection and increases hope in His mercy
Mindful Start to the Day: Beginning your morning with the remembrance of Allah helps set a positive, faith-centered intention for everything you do afterward.
