Prophecy Productions are an international label and were originally founded by their owner Martin Koller in Germany in 1996. From the beginning, the label has the declared aims of providing a dedicated home for dark stirring music and to offer long-term collaborations to artists signing into the family. This concept has generated a roster displaying a stylistic emphasis on dark music from differen

t genres such as metal and rock, alternative, and folk. Signees on the label are generally characterised by a strong artistic vision, which is reflected in premium physical products. Prophecy Productions is best known for artists such as Empyrium, Alcest, Arcturus, Tenhi, Dool, and The Mystery Of The Bulgarian Voices feat. Prophecy Productions are a part of the independent media group SPKR.

played a unique and multifaceted hybrid of progressive rock/metal with folkier leanings on the early records and a more contemporary approach on the later albums. The last and ultimate line-up saw mainman Fredy Schnyder team up with Anna Murphy (Cellar Darling) and Alain Ackermann (Eluveitie). It was this trio which allowed Nucleus Torn to reach its climax on the double album 'Street Lights Fail' and 'Neon Light Eternal'. These were followed by the 3DVD-Werkschau 'Blowing Up the Entire World', which featured the entire discography in new surround and stereo mixes. After FS had continued to further explore the outer regions of progressive (rock) music as Ælfred the Great, plans for another album were abandoned in 2023. The music refused to fit into the confines of the Nucleus Torn brand established decades before.

The eight pieces of the album try to capture nature without any judgement or interpretation. The sensitive compositions, presented by piano, acoustic guitar and sporadic, very reserved vocals, continue where Nhor is missing words to describe what a simple walk into the woods before your own door may spark in your inner self: clarity, inner peace and a deep connection reaching farther back than any cultural endeavours of mankind.

Falkenbach were originally conceived as a solo-project by Vratyas Vakyas and officially came into being with the "Læknishendr" demo in 1995. His currently final album "Asa", which came out in 2013, has since then left his impressive following clamouring for a follow-up. "Asa" confirms the rule of thumb that each new album from the German mastermind builds on, continues, and expands the scope of its predecessor. This meant that "Asa" combines all the trademark elements that adherents of the band had come to love, such as epic and highly melodic pagan metal hymns with a variety of optional ingredients from black metal vocals to folkish acoustics sprinkled on for good measure whenever those perfectly suit a song. With easily their best production ever, FALKENBACH have left their sixth full-length "Asa" as a culmination of all their works so far.
