"My brother the basic question is who filed the application, it's marshall, why do you want to come and move my application when I am in course without recourse to Marshall.
was in court appearing in the same case and even when my Lord asked Justice Crack who his Lawyer was, he said Femi and at that point Marshall had to withdraw his appearance. My Lord warned about the consequences and implications of not allowing marshall to move and that if Marshall withdraws every application filed by Marshall will go with him, Femi still insisted that he will lead and Consequently the application was stroke out by virtue of the withdrawal of appearance and the arrogance of Femi. The court even made remarks about Femi conduct acting against the hint of court.so why blame Marshall"
Now people judge for yourselves. Their Agenda backfired on them. And I believe all this transpired because VDM is affiliated to Marshal.
