AESTETICHS BY NIGHT 💫

✨ Yves Uro’s visionary posters, alongside the work of Bagaix, Jaimazen, and Rom Ero, shaped the visual narrative of Ibiza’s nightlife. Each poster was a sinful invitation, a seductive manifesto, a mental journey to be fully experienced.
📸 Equally iconic were the glimpses into the island’s soul captured by photographers like Oriol Maspons, Toni Riera, and Derek Ridgers, who documented its magical reality made of contrasts and suspended atmospheres.

A collective imagination born from the grassroots. Works and memories that today stand as archives of freedom.

“PARAÍSO. The True Spirit of Ibiza” is out now in a limited edition double vinyl release.

Not a nostalgic venture, but a sonic journey through past, present, and future. A rediscovery of Balearic Beat at its most authentic, radical, and experimental.
A music selection curated by DJ Alfredo (Ibiza), an icon and pioneer of that overwhelming era of freedom, creative madness, multifaceted rhythms, and positive energy. Included is an exclusive treasure: a previously unreleased track by Alfredo himself, produced with A***n 911 and Cathy Battistessa.

The full album, featuring 33 tracks, will also be available on digital and streaming platforms starting September 26th.

"PARAÍSO. The True Spirit of Ibiza”, the album selected by DJ Alfredo (Ibiza), is out today in a limited edition double vinyl release.

And today we are ready for a 12-hour journey of music and connection to celebrate the Balearic spirit.
The event will start at 1PM by the pool of El Silencio Ibiza with vinyl sets from Roberto Lodola, Willie Graff, Cesar de Melero and CHROMATIC FILTERS.
From 7PM we move into the Urusai Sunset Bar with Shield, Jaime Fiorito and Camilo Miranda, and a special live performance by Elkin Marín (Elkin & Nelson), revisiting classics like «Vamonos » and the timeless Balearic anthem «Jibaro ».

You will have also the opportunity to grab a copy of the vinyl and a Balearic Soul T-shirt. See you later

Dopo due anni di lavoro, in uscita l’album: “Paràiso. The True Spirit Of Ibiza” come tributo a Dj Alfredo e allo spirito autentico dell’isola. L’album sarà disponibile in doppio vinile il 12 settembre e in digitale/streaming il 26 settembre.
In questi ultimi anni, Ibiza si è allontanata dal suo spirito originario. Inizialmente, andava ben oltre l’idea di oggi di guadagno e club commerciali: l’Isola rappresentava una meta di evasione, di libertà e di spiritualità. E non lo faceva in maniera forzata, bensì era guidata da uno spirito e un movimento musicale in pieno fervore.

Proprio ad Ibiza, Alfredo Fiorito, argentino classe 1953, trova il suo centro vibrante e ne rimane così affascinato da trasferirsi negli anni ’70. “La prima impressione che ebbi dell’Isola fu di totale libertà. Non esisteva un’industria: tutti erano pittori, scrittori, stilisti. Mi è piaciuto così tanto quel posto che ho deciso di fermarmi e ho iniziato a vendere candele e vestiti per guadagnarmi da vivere…”.

Luogo di particolare interesse per l’artista era l’ , uno dei locali più storici e fondamentali per la crescita del panorama musicale dell’Isola. E proprio l’Amnesia diviene la sua casa, il suo posto prediletto per far vivere a tutti cosa Ibiza rappresentava per lui.

Al fine di rivivere l’essenza più autentica dell’isola, , fondatore dell’etichetta .music , propone a Dj Alfredo di partecipare a “Paraíso”, un album interamente dedicato al “Vero Spirito di Ibiza”. Non un’ operazione nostalgica, ma un progetto musicale con la fiera intenzione di condividere e celebrare l’heritage di ciò che è stato, per proiettarlo verso nuovi orizzonti.

As the scene evolved, some DJs remained true to the island’s original rhythm, pioneers and custodians of a magical vibe: Cesar de Melero, Dj Pippi Ibiza, Joan Ribas , José Padilla , Jon Sa Trinxa, Antonio Dominguez Rey, Carlos Diaz, Leo Mas Marras…
They helped define a new sonic language that was both carnal and spiritual, immersive and contemplative.

On Friday, September 12th, the same day as the vinyl release of “Paraíso. The True Spirit of Ibiza”, the music and the atmosphere of the record will come alive in a special celebration.

Starting at 1 PM by the pool at El Silencio Ibiza in Cala Molí, we will then move inside the Urusai Vinyl Bar until 1 AM, for a 12h day and night of music, connection, and Balearic spirit.

This gathering is dedicated to DJ Alfredo (Ibiza), father of the “Balearic Beat”, who personally selected the tracks before his passing. The music will be led by his son Jaime Fiorito, curator of the Urusai Sunset Bar, alongside Shield, head of Rebirth and the mind behind the project.

They will be joined by island legends Cesar De Melero and Roberto Lodola, along with contemporary voices of the Balearic scene such as Willie Graff, Chromatic Filters, and Camilo Miranda.

For his first performance in Ibiza, and as an echo of an eternal rhythm from the past, Elkin Marín (Elkin & Nelson) will appear live, revisiting classics like “Vamonos” and the timeless Balearic anthem “Jibaro.”

A journey into the true spirit of Ibiza where past and present resonate, and the rhythm takes us to new horizons.

Besides Amnesia Ibiza, other openair clubs like KU (formerly Club San Rafael), Es Paradis Ibiza Official, Pacha, Lolas Club Ibiza, and Glory’s became the beating heart of a movement celebrating the union of music, freedom, and excess.

No dress code, no etiquette, no rules. True theaters of a new universal language devoted to beauty and provocation. In these venues, where the night seemed never-ending, stars of the international jet set mingled with locals to the same unifying beat.

In the '70s and '80s, those who arrived on the island were searching for something. A space for free expression, where they could create, dance, and love without labels. No distinctions. Only connections.

AMNESIA IS WRITTEN, MADNESS IS READ✨

In DJ Alfredo (Ibiza)’s own words: “It was a farm transformed into a club. A place for musicians and Indian gurus. Background or social class didn’t matter there. The club opened at 3 a.m. and went on until noon. People came when the other clubs closed. There were no laws and it was cheaper. People made love, drank, and danced, taking litres of Ecstasy.”

IN LOVING MEMORY OF ALFREDO FIORITO (1953 – 2024), BEATING HEART OF AN IMMORTAL ERA.

“I was a music journalist in Argentina, writing about music and organizing rock concerts. But in 1976, I was forced to leave the country during the military dictatorship. I traveled between Paris and Madrid until I ended up in Ibiza to visit a friend. I liked it so much that I decided to stay. My first impression of the island was of extreme freedom. Everyone was a painter, writer, and fashion designer: a great community. People knew each other by name, not by surname”.

With a simple yet revolutionary attitude, DJ Alfredo (Ibiza) changed forever the sound of the Island and the history of global club culture.

🎨✨ DREAMLIKE IBIZA ON THE COVER

Sound had a face. And that face was art. The creative energy that defined the Ibiza’s atmosphere during its golden years wasn't just expressed behind the decks. Every detail, from album covers to party posters, carried a visionary, free, and bold aesthetic.

To celebrate this iconographic legacy, an original work designed for the legendary KU club in 1985 by Yves Uro - Urovision, has been selected as the cover for PARAÍSO. The True Spirit of Ibiza.

Coming from Paris but living in Ibiza, Yves was the artist who best captured the Balearic dream and the visual image of clubland in the white island.

His saturated colors, mythical figures, and the psychedelic elegance of his posters became the emblem of an era in when creativity, music and madness danced together around the clock.

🔮 More than a cover, a declaration of intent. Ibiza la loca, when it was a possible mirage.
