My One-Term, Four-Year Vow Is Sacrosanct

One of the greatest American Presidents, Abraham Lincoln, served only four years, yet his legacy endures as a model of principled leadership. Another iconic figure, John F. Kennedy, did not even complete a full term, yet his vision and ideals continue to inspire generations. In Africa, Nelson Mandela, revered globally as a symbol of justice and reconciliation, chose to serve only one term as President of South Africa, despite immense public pressure to stay longer. His decision was a deliberate act of leadership, a statement that power must serve the people, not the self. Indeed, history shows that the longer many African leaders remain in power, the more likely they are to be corrupted by it. Longevity in office is not a mark of success; rather, it is purposeful, accountable service - however brief - that defines true statesmanship.

It is within this context that I reiterate my vow: I will serve only one term of four years if elected President. And that vow is sacrosanct.

I am fully aware that the decay in our society has made trust one of the scarcest and most sceptically viewed commodities. Many Nigerians, understandably, no longer take politicians at their word. But even in this climate of cynicism, there are still a few whose actions have matched their words - whose integrity is built on verifiable precedent.

Recently, I became aware of two statements aimed, albeit indirectly, at my vow to serve only a single four-year term. One person remarked that even if I swore by a shrine, I still wouldn’t be believed. Another suggested that anyone talking about doing only one term should undergo psychiatric evaluation.

I understand the basis of their scepticism. They are judging me by their own standards - where political promises are made to be broken. But they forget, or perhaps choose to ignore, that Peter Obi is not cut from that cloth. I have a verifiable track record that speaks louder than speculation.

In my political life, my word is my bond. When I entered politics in Anambra State, I made clear and measurable promises to the people: to improve education and healthcare, to open up rural areas through road construction, and to manage public funds with prudence. I fulfilled each of those promises without deviation. I did not swear by a shrine, nor have I been certified mentally unstable as a result of honouring my word.

My vow to serve only one term of four years is a solemn commitment, rooted in my conviction that purposeful, transparent leadership does not require an eternity.

If making such a promise qualifies me for psychiatric evaluation, then we may as well question the mental fitness of those who framed our Constitution, which clearly stipulates a four-year renewable tenure.

I maintain without equivocation: if elected, I will not spend a day longer than four years in office. In fact, I believe that service should be impactful, not eternal.

We must rebuild trust in our country. I have dedicated my public life to demonstrating that leadership with integrity is not a myth. I have done it before, and I do not intend to betray that trust under any circumstances.

Forty-eight months is enough for any leader who is focused and prepared to make a meaningful difference. In that time, I intend not merely to make an impression, but to deliver on concrete promises to:

sanitise our governance system;
tackle insecurity through effective and accountable use of national resources; prioritise education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation;
catalyse small businesses as engines of growth ; and combat corruption with unflinching resolve.

Above all, I will dedicate myself to transforming Nigeria from a consuming nation into a productive one, where agriculture, technology, and manufacturing replace rent-seeking and waste as our national anchors.

These are not utopian dreams. They are realistic, actionable goals that are achievable within four years.

A new Nigeria is POssible.

🛑 The Tr@gedy Called Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s Administration, And The Dangerous Ignorance Of His Enablers 🛑

Soludo’s second term ambition is not just another political bid, it’s a looming affliction I sincerely wish never resurfaces.

Unfortunately, Anambra seems to be boxed into a tragedy, with no clear challenger offering a viable escape route from this nightmare. Among the top 4 front runners, none has shown the courage to genuinely give Soludo a run for his money. And that’s frightening!

Because let’s face it... Under Soludo’s watch, Anambra has lost more lives than some countries at war! O yeah! Feel free to fact check me.

Since his emergence as Governor and Chief Security Officer of Anambra State, over a thousand lives have reportedly been lost to insecurity, with properties worth hundreds of millions destroyed. This is a direct violation of the oath he swore to uphold, which is to "protect lives and property of Ndi Anambra."

And yet, Nwa Ngbafor wants another four years?

Let me remind you just a few of the many casualties under his failed leadership:

Two serving State Assembly Members, Hon. Okechukwu Okoye & Hon. Justice Azuka, were kidn@pped and grue$omely mürdéréd, even after ransom was paid!

A pregnant woman and her four children, sl@ughtered in cold bløød while in transit.

The ass@ssinatioñ attempt on Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah of the blessed memory, which claimed 5 lives, including 2 police officers, 2 aides, and Chief Onyeka Nnoli at Engwu Ukwu.

A m@$sacre at Ogboji, Orumba South LGA, where at least 10 civilians were gúññéd down.

Çült cl@shes both in Awka the capital city, land disputés, and kidn@ppings everywhere, including the hørrør at Nibo where 13 were kï||ed during a cultural festival!

Most recently, Ifesinachi Onyekere, a Fish Magnet and only son of APGA State Woman Leader, was kidn@pped and brüt@lly mürdéréd.

And that’s just a tiny fraction of the bloodshed flooded the ground of Anambra under Soludo's watch!

What hurts most is seeing potential future victims, still campaigning to reward this man with another 4 years of trial and error governance. It's not just gullibility. It’s a süïçidal loyalty that borders on tr@gedy.

Worst still, they say the APGA woman leader was actively campaigning for Soludo a day before her only son became a casualty of the same system she's playing blind to its incompetency.... Let that sink in.

Meanwhile, this is no mockery, God forbid! It’s a reality check.
If you love your life, family, business or even future, stop voting based on party, tribe, or PR. The incumbent Apga-led government of Anambra State has done more wrongs than good, and does not for any good reason, deserve a day more, because if care is not drastically taken, the future threat it beholds will likely outdo the recounted mayhem of the past.

Meanwhile, nwhat exactly has Soludo attracted to Anambra? Industries? Investors? Jobs? Peace? Nothing! Instead, businesses are leaving. Lives are wasting. Insecurity is becoming a culture.

And yet, some people are hyping road projects, as if concrete matters more than cørpsés.

In a sane clime, Soludo would've been impeached by now, and made to account for the billions in monthly security votes that have yielded zero security.

Dear Ndi Anambra, If you love your children, your community, your own life, wake up!

To the serious governorship contenders: Now is the time to bring your blueprint forward! Ndi Anambra deserves better. And they deserve to choose from informed, credible options, and not recycled failure.

Dear Obidients,

Beyond having a good candidate. You must play politics of good candidate before bad candidate outsmart you in your own game.

David Mark emergence as the chairman of the coalition Party is an own goal by Obidients. Peter Obi has More valor and political sagacity More than Atiku at the moment hence should dictate the pace.

David Mark is from Old order and a crooked politician without any touch with the grassroot. He is an aristocrat with military mindset.

As we progress to 2027, reexamine the National Chairman of APGA and APC and you will see a departure from old order.

Peter Obi must go beyond Chinese Data and search for strong willed men and women that can handle political party pressure.

Being holy among sinners without converting sinners to become holy is weakness. Peter Obi must take charge of the political party and build it. This is Nigeria not China and Singapore.

David Mark has one single mission, Return Atiku and send emissaries to go and beg Peter Obi to accept VP slot and offer him to appoint 25 shadow ministers 🤣😁

Does it mean that Obidients lack experience of Nigerian political system?

ASIWAJU deployed Baba Akande as the National Chairman of APC for a reason..

But do you know why I'm writing this? It is to prepare you for 2031. 2027 is gone. ASIWAJU is running unopposed. I'm just wondering why Obidients are dull in political Party game. Maybe because they drink Hero instead of HEINEKEN 🤣🤣 drink for champions 🤣

I need a vibrant opposition to keep me busy.

This set of coalition leaders are irritating me. No vibes at all.

Atiku is boldly written all over David Mark and we must save the coalition now to have reasonable engagement in 2031🤣🤣🤣🤣

These are the top contenders for the next presidential elections in the republic of Cameroon to oust Paul Biya who has been Cameroon's president for 43 years!

Can any of these defeat the 92 years Paul Biya or is Paul Biya going to continue?

Note that Cameroon's economy is doing well better than Nigeria's economy, though.

712billion to renovate airport

Tinubu go first pocket 100b

Remi Tinubu go rush collect 20b

Seyi go pocket 30 b

APC don already take 100b

Then WIKE go collect like 20b

Then 30b will be shared among cabals whose job is to keep calm and shut up anyone that dare to talk.

Now the minister for Aviation would be left with 412billion.

He will start his own;

He go first pocket 100b

He will share 100b among Aviation cabals....

Now everywhere good.

We have 212b left

Now the contractors........

They will pocket pocket 100b

The airport would finally be renovated with 112b

Now the youth would be mobilized to sing the praises of Tinubu and would tag anyone who cries out as a sadist
