PRAY FOR ODINAKA ( POCO LEE).
I have seen this happened first hand to many people I know while living in the UK . One of my church member. Another of my Ghanaian neighbor and also a friend. ( 3 different people that I was privy to how the matter went personally, because I was being briefed by them).
So this is quite easy . It isn't about what anyone says .
1.If an allegation is brought by a woman that you ' grape' them in the UK, they will first arrest you . Ceize your phone, Computers etc - ran it through it forensic to see if you have any conversation with the lady about doking and whether she agreed in the conversations ( text , chat etc ).
2. They will interview you and the lady and any witnesses that may know anything. While you are still in jail.
3. They will release you and continue the investigation.
4. They will ask both of you not to speak to each other .
5. They will take the matter to court if :
(a) : They discovered that she never consented to knack on any of your conversation on phone( text or chat) even if she accepted inside your room verbally- as long as it wasn't recorded, it's assumed you did it.
(b): Even if she agreed on first round and refused second round and you did it anyway, you are gone. If you are about to 'c^mmm' and she said no, even when she agreed on the doking , and you forced yourself to 'c^mm' , you are guilty.
6. They will take your DNA of your 'gbola ' and that of her kpekus and run it to see if there is any any drop in both of you . The wahala here is : even if your gbola cap touch her body , you are gone.
The bar to escaped this is very high . You only escape it if you didn't do anything with her at all. If you did, one of these trap is likely to catch you , except you have text messages where she agreed to all of the above that you both should doke.
And if that happens and he is guilty in court ;
He will be bar from entering UK . America will do the same and every developed world . Because he will be registered on a ' s£x offender ' international register and no Nation on Earth will grant him visa. His career will be over. He can only perform in Nigeria. That will be after he has finished serving like 15 - 20 years in jail. Especially with the ' lacing of drink allegations.
