They’ve said for years,

Recognise and realise the marvel and beauty of your body and you will begin to feel better and treat it better.

Well there are studies that now verify this to be true on a nervous system level.

They say,

Beautify your meal, make deliciousness your primary aim and savour every mouthful and you will transform your energy around food and your physique will follow.

Now there is a whole plethora of studies showing improved digestion and absorption to increased awareness around what we eat creating a huge difference to health and experience of life.

They say,

Talk more kindly to yourself “affirm” to yourself who you really are and you will start to align more with that in your life and become happier.

And now studies show that affirmations, if you believe them will have a positive effect in your life. Although, negative if you don’t believe them, thats worth remembering.

It’s been said before, it’s been said over and over again and science catches up in bits and pieces here and there.

Recognising and creating beauty by looking ever more closely and becoming ever more curious about the world and the people around you can and does transform your life for the better.

Jordan Peterson tells us to make one room beautiful.

General Stanley McCrystal tells us to make our bed.

Marie Kondo tells us to feng shui our lives.

Jon Kabat Zinn tells us to scan our bodies and give attention to each part.

Study after study tells us to list what we are grateful for.

Our lives are not transformed by the big leap, by the massive overhaul.

They are transformed when we marvel at and beautify what we already have which is all we really need.

What often follows that tends to look like a massive leap.

When the tone of the nervous system changes it makes room for possibility and taking advantage of opportunity that we otherwise wouldn’t have been ready for.

WANTED: 10 ‘leader guinea pigs’ to work with me and transformation how you look, feel and perform

Guinea pig may not be the most flattering word I’ll ever call you, but it's exactly what I'm looking for!

I'm just putting the finishing touches on a special new energy and overwhelm program that I've been developing for a while.

This 1-2-1 program is aimed at REMOVING overthinking, overwhelm and stress while achieving a MASSIVE improvement in health and energy.

It will involve some things that are a little ‘different’. It's all scientifically sound, but just not used by the masses.

I've used a similar program on clients before to help them drop overwhelm and boost energy.

but my new system is even more effective.

It’ll involve 6 months of coaching, guidance and massive mental shifts.

I'm looking for 10 leaders to do the programme for 5.000dkk (£572) per month usual price 7.000dkk (£800)

The 10 selected leaders will be creating daily rituals and practises that result in more energy, more effective leadership and more free time.

I have helped HUNDREDS of leaders get amazing results by bringing their bodies and brains and lives into alignment.

I have seen training for aesthetics and eating for aesthetics causing more issues than they solve.

When we place calories above pleasure the end result is either obsession or suffering neither of which I want to be part in creating.

When we place reps, sets and load above pleasure we end up creating the same.

I love moving to create a better connection between my head and body. I move to learn new skills to move in ways I haven't moved before.

For me this is never ending, there is no plateau, there is no peak. There is always progress so there is always pleasure. The brain LOVES the New.

I have learned to always being a beginner so the ego never gets involved.

The vanity game isn't nonexistent but it doesn't have the power to tell me how good I am.

“It’s amazing how much you can accomplish in just one day.”

^^ that is a sentence I obsess over.

The ripple effects of a simple action done every day can create significant and immeasurable impact both positive or negative.

From the seemingly individual (although not) like better sleep every day for the rest of your life, or daily exercise (or the reverse).

To the absolute world transforming like how you communicate with everyone you interact with.

My question, or the one I’m getting at with these one day sessions is, what 5,6,7 things if they just stopped overnight would accerlate you forward?

A lot of women find it annoying and very disruptive to get their periods.

They really just want them to go away.

I get it I was one of them.

But what many don’t know is your period is an important indicator of your overall health and the issue isn’t having a period. The issue is having period problems.

Despite what you might have been told, period problems aren’t normal.

I love it when my clients says “My period started yesterday and it completely caught me by surprise” 😍

When your hormones are balanced, your periods will be symptom-free.

Then you don’t have to worry about getting you period every month, you won’t experience bloating, fatigue, irritability, PMS, acne, heavy or irregular periods, or severe cramps.

One of the buzzwords of the moment is authenticity
You’re supposed to be yourself and say what you think which is the extreme opposite of the old advice, ‘fake it til you make it’.

I speak to leaders all the time who say words to the effect of,

“I know I know my stuff, I know I know my business, why can’t I shake this impostor feeling?”

The advice implicit in the name is that once you know enough you’ll shake the feeling and until that point you’d better be prepared to fake it.

The authenticity movement goes too far the other way.

Share your feelings, your vulnerability and insecurities it tells us.

But the truth is that both employees and clients want to know they are standing on SOLID ground and this sort of sharing makes them feel anything but AND we know it.

I’m SO excited to share with you...

I’m starting an interactive Mumsgetfit TV channel.

I’m so excited I could p*e my pants 😆

The last year I have wanted to build something different for mums.

Somewhere where I can share workouts, recipes, sustainable fat loss tools, do health talks on subjects like: IBS, Constipation, Headaches, period issues, not being able to sneeze without p*eing your pants and much more with new focusses every month just for mums

And I have now found the perfect platform for Mumsgetfit TV 💕

I really am so crazy excited about it 🙌 and cannot wait to share it all with you.

I know I’ve said that 3 times now.

And what I love the most about it is, it is that it is interactive and you can be part of the whole thing and share your experience on there.

It is going to be so awesome 👏👏

The PERFECT diet formula

^^^^^^ the search for this is not the solution
but the problem.

Placing the search outside rather than inside
results in our looking at what other people
have achieved.

This is ok but it can lead to us denying our
own experience. It's not the formula that
there is something wrong with its me.

This can create beliefs that make achieving
the goal of fat loss impossible.

We have created a narrative that has us searching for why it won't work for us.

Diets are like business formulas or get rich
quick schemes. They are information
products and if information were all that
was required we would all be billionaires
with six packs.

It isn't that the information isn't true it is
that the information is a series of facts
that are taken out of a story.

The trouble is that humans struggle to
learn and implement without it making
sense to their own story.

Our diet or food stories include:
- beliefs about our bodies
-beliefs of what works and what doesn't
-foods you love and hate
-how your family eat
-child hood food events - being guilted or punished into eating certain foods.
-personal comfort foods

With the best will in the world a plan that
doesn't factor in these personal stories
is likely to do more harm than good even
in the presence of short term results.

When I work with clients the biggest thing we work on is them learning that when they are loving themselves, loving treatment follows and with that results follow.

Rather than if I look different somehow I’ll be worthy of love.

It’s so backwards you can see why it never works right?

The results my clients are getting are not because I sit with a magic formula.

I don’t!

They do. They already know what is right for them and it is amazing to watch them get clarity and trust in what they already know through the work we do. It is always so inspiring to watch.

Today I spoke with two of my clients about getting the right plan just for you and why that is important.

Why is that important?

I have news ⭐️

It feels a little bit scary saying this out loud but it feels so right at the same time.

The last 3.5 years have been the most amazing journey personally and professionally for me.

Part of our move was about creating our dream life and the last few years I have spent diving into learning and self development.

That took me on such a amazing journey into the yoga, neuroscience, functional medicine, behavioural psychology and coaching.

Next week I will have my last personal training session because I now only work as a coach.

As a coach I help overwhelmed women create a better balance in their life as woman, mum, partner and in their career .

So the next step in this transformation is to introduce my new group.

This group is for women that want to create a different experience of life where they feel free to be themselves and create a life that they truly love.
