When one is waiting on someone or something eg a delayed flight to arrive, that wait can at times be described as a restless, impatient, anxious, angry or frustrating one.

However, when one is waiting on God for his guidance and/or intervention in a matter, let that wait be characterized as a patient one - The Art of Patient Waiting (God-Enabled).
