One year ago, after seeing Jael Joseph post on Facebook, I started my lifestyle change and weight loss journey with Curveè as an International client. That post will forever remain in my heart.
My initial goal was to lose weight and feel healthier. Initially, it was very challenging. However, with determination and consistency, I was able to make the most of every moment. The workouts were well structured, the meal plans were within budget, easy to prepare, and very delicious.
