🔥 Which Look Are YOU Rocking? 🔥
This year’s fits came with purpose — because you know me, nothing I do is by accident. When I look back at my over the WCMF years, one thing’s clear: my confidence, my style, and my wellness journey are all evolving together. Every look tells a story — one of growth, heritage, and pure vibes. ✨
👑 Fit #1 – WCMF Night 1
This Nigerian piece is more than fashion — it’s history. The dotted pattern symbolizes the passage of Africans across the Atlantic during the slave trade, a powerful reminder of our resilience. I copped this authentic piece from a local retailer who specializes in African wear, paired it with a Kalinago necklace from right here in the Territory, and topped it off with a bandeau from Amazon. This look? A tribute to my ancestors — strength, beauty, and legacy woven into every thread.
💃🏽 Fit #2 – WCMF Night 2
Picture this: I’m in Miami, strolling with a friend, and stumble upon a random pop-up shop selling designer pieces for the low. Say less — this skirt came home with me! I styled it with a Fashion Nova top and denim vest (both on sale, of course), Amazon boots I originally bought for Carnival, and a cute Primark purse. This look was my nod to the WCMF 25 in 25 Jubilee — celebratory, bold, and just the right amount of extra.
🪶 Fit #3 – WCMF Night 3
This one’s close to my heart. My friend Tara gifted me the fabric for these pants, and I sourced the rest locally. Earrings by Fait Mains, custom outfit by Bella Noir Fashion, and limited edition suede-and-leather Nikes from my sister (yes, she gets me 😍). This look was inspired by the African Goddess within — powerful, grounded, and divine.
💁🏽♀️ Hair Game:
Wigs for Nights 1 & 2? Slayed by a local stylist. That braided beauty on Night 3? A custom piece from a local braider. Support local always — because talent lives right here. 💅🏽
