Plus de dix décès, le pays paralysé ce lundi

L’incendie déclenche dans le principal dépôt de carburant situé dans la commune de Kaloum continue de plus belle manière. Depuis son déclenchement la nuit, les sapeurs-pompiers ont été déployés et des équipes de secours sont venus de toutes entreprises privées situées à Conakry pour éteindre le feu. Malgré tous ces efforts et jusqu’à 14 h 30, le brasier continue de défier les équipes du Colonel Mohamed Camara, le Directeur général des sapeurs-pompiers. qui se prononce dans ce reportage

O incêndio no principal depósito de combustível localizado na comuna de Kaloum continua inabalável. Desde que começou à noite, bombeiros foram mobilizados e equipas de resgate vieram de todas as empresas privadas localizadas em Conacri para apagar o incêndio. Apesar de todos estes esforços e até às 14h30, o incêndio continuou a desafiar as equipas do Coronel Mohamed Camara, Director-Geral dos Bombeiros que falou a reportagem.

Al Haouz earthquake/reconstruction process

The features of the reconstruction process in the areas affected by the Al Haouz earthquake began to become clear, with the succession of ministerial meetings with professionals and actors in the fields related to this file.

The Moroccan authorities allocated a budget of up to 120 billion dirhams (about 12 billion dollars) over 5 years to rebuild housing, rehabilitate damaged infrastructure, and promote economic and social development of the targeted areas. DROUGHT KILLS MORE THAN 100 ELEPHANTS

More than 100 elephants have succumbed to drought as the water situation continues to deteriorate in the country's largest game reserve, Hwange National Park. Temperatures continue to rise and Hwange sometimes registers more than 40 degrees; according to the Zimbabwe National Parks and Wildlife Management Authority (Zimparks).

PRESIDENT RUTO SAYS KENYA WILL BE A VISA -FREE BEGINNING JANUARY 2024

President William Ruto on Tuesday announced that Kenya will be a visa -free country beginning January next year.
He noted that a digital platform has been developed to ensure that all travellers to Kenya are identified in advance on an electronic platform, adding that all travellers will obtain electronic travel authorization.

“It shall no longer be necessary for any person to from any corner of the globe to carry the burden of applying for a visa to come to Kenya,” said President Ruto.

President Ruto made the remarks at the Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi, when he led the nation in marking 60 years since Kenya became a republic.

President Ruto in his speech enumerated gains that have been made in the last six decades.

He said his administration has taken up the unfinished job of actualising economic prosperity as ‘our contribution’ to perfecting Kenya’s national sovereignity.

“We owe this to those who made huge sacrifices to bestow on us a nation of promise, and we owe it to one another: To the youth, women, children of Kenya and each one of us,” said President Ruto.
President Ruto said the Government’s focus has been firmly about the ways and means of transforming the country’s economy, making the right decisions, necessary sacrifices and smart choices to set Kenya on the path of economic renaissance.

PRESIDENTE RUTO DIZ QUE O QUÊNIA SERÁ ISENTO DE VISTO A PARTIR DE JANEIRO DE 2024

O Presidente William Ruto anunciou na terça-feira que o Quénia será um país isento de vistos a partir de Janeiro do próximo ano.
O presidente observou que foi desenvolvida uma plataforma digital para garantir que todos os viajantes para o Quénia sejam identificados antecipadamente numa plataforma electrónica, acrescentando que todos os viajantes obterão autorização electrónica de viagem.

“Deixará de ser necessário que qualquer pessoa de qualquer canto do globo carregue o fardo de solicitar um visto para vir ao Quénia”, disse o Presidente Ruto.

O Presidente Ruto fez as observações nos Jardins Uhuru, em Nairobi, durante a celebração dos 60 anos desde que o Quénia se tornou uma República.
O Presidente Ruto, no seu discurso, enumerou os ganhos obtidos nas últimas seis décadas. O chefe de estado disse que a sua administração assumiu o trabalho inacabado de concretizar a prosperidade económica como “nossa contribuição” para o aperfeiçoamento da soberania nacional do Quénia.

“Devemos isso àqueles que fizeram enormes sacrifícios para nos conceder uma nação promissora, e devemos isso uns aos outros: aos jovens, às mulheres, às crianças do Quénia e a cada um de nós”, disse o Presidente Ruto.

O Presidente Ruto disse que o foco do Governo tem sido firmemente nas formas e meios de transformar a economia do país, tomando as decisões certas, os sacrifícios necessários e as escolhas inteligentes para colocar o Quénia no caminho do renascimento económico.
