🔴انطلاق التسجيلات الرسمية في برنامج "DZ Young Leaders":
✅نفتح اليوم صفحة جديدة من الإلهام والطموح، من خلال برنامج وطني رسمي، متفرّد وطموح، وُلد من صميم الشغف والإيمان بقدرات شبابنا؛ برنامج يجعل من التحدّي طريقًا للتمكين، ومن الأفكار مشاريعَ حقيقية تُغيّر الواقع.
ففي إطار استراتيجية الدولة لتمكين الشباب وتعزيز دورهم في بناء المؤسسات وخدمة المجتمع، تُعلن وزارة الشباب رسمياً عن إطلاق أهم برنامج وطني لتأهيل القيادات الشبابية "DZ Young Leaders".
يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تمكين 1000 شاب وشابة من مختلف ولايات الوطن، ومن الجالية الوطنية المقيمة بالخارج، عبر مسار تدريبي وتأهيلي متكامل، يجمع بين المعارف الأساسية والمهارات القيادية، بما يُهيّئهم للقيادة المسؤولة والمشاركة الفعّالة في المجتمع.
♦️يسعى برنامج "DZ Young Leaders" إلى صناعة جيل قيادي يمتلك الكفاءة اللازمة لإدارة المشاريع الريادية والمجتمعية، وذلك من خلال أربعة محاور أساسية:
📌 القيم والقناعات: ربط الشباب بالهوية والذاكرة الوطنية، وتعزيز المواطنة والحسّ المدني.
📌 المعرفة والتثقيف: تزويد الشباب بالمعارف المتعلقة بالدبلوماسية، والممارسة السياسية، وإدارة الشأن العام، وأساسيات القانون.
📌 المهارات القيادية: تدريبات في فنون الإلقاء، والتفاوض، واتخاذ القرار، والتواصل المؤثّر.
📌 الفعالية والتأثير: نقل الخبرة من القاعات التدريبية إلى مشاريع واقعية تخدم المجتمع سياسيا، اقتصاديا، اجتماعيا، وبيئيا.
✅ شروط المشاركة:
📌 عمرك بين 18 و28 سنة،
📌مسجل/ة في مؤسسة شبابية،
📌تمتلك فكرة مبادرة مجتمعية،
📌 تكوين فريق من 10 شباب،
📌الرغبة في تعزيز مهاراتك القيادية ضمن برنامج وطني يمتد لسنة كاملة.
🎯 ستضمّ كل مبادرة مجتمعية 30 شاباً وشابةً على الأقل، ليشمل البرنامج ما مجموعه 30 ألف شاب وشابة من داخل الوطن وخارجه.
وسيستفيد المشاركون من تأطير رفيع المستوى، تشرف عليه نخبة من الوزراء، والخبراء، والإعلاميين، والمدرّبين الدوليين، إضافةً إلى كفاءات وطنية مشهود لها.
وتؤكّد وزارة الشباب أن هذا البرنامج يُعدّ فرصة استثنائية لكل شاب يطمح إلى أن يكون محرّكاً للتغيير الإيجابي، وتدعو كافة الشباب الراغبين في تطوير مهاراتهم القيادية إلى التسجيل عبر المنصّة الرسمية للبرنامج.

🔴 Official Launch of Registrations for the “DZ Young Leaders” Program
✅ Today, we open a new chapter of inspiration and ambition through a unique and forward-looking national program, born from a deep belief in the potential of Algerian youth. A program that turns challenges into pathways for empowerment, and ideas into real projects that make a tangible difference.
As part of the national strategy to empower young people and strengthen their role in institution-building and community service, the Ministry of Youth officially announces the launch of “DZ Young Leaders”, the country’s flagship national program for developing young leaders.
The program aims to empower 1,000 young women and men from all provinces of Algeria, as well as members of the national diaspora abroad, through a comprehensive training and capacity-building journey that combines core knowledge with leadership skills, preparing them for responsible leadership and active civic engagement.
♦️ “DZ Young Leaders” seeks to shape a new generation of leaders capable of managing entrepreneurial and community-based projects, through four key pillars:
📌 Values and convictions: Strengthening national identity and collective memory, and promoting citizenship and civic responsibility.
📌 Knowledge and education: Providing participants with insights into diplomacy, political practice, public affairs management, and basic legal frameworks.
📌 Leadership skills: Training in public speaking, negotiation, decision-making, and effective communication.
📌 Action and impact: Translating learning from training rooms into real-world projects that serve society politically, economically, socially, and environmentally.
✅ Eligibility criteria:
📌 Aged between 18 and 28,
📌 Registered within a youth institution,
📌 Have an idea for a community initiative,
📌 Able to form a team of 10 young people,
📌 Strong motivation to develop leadership skills within a year-long national program.
🎯 Each community initiative will involve at least 30 young participants, bringing the total reach of the program to 30,000 young people from inside and outside the country.
Participants will benefit from high-level mentorship and supervision by a distinguished group of ministers, experts, media professionals, international trainers, and nationally recognized competencies.
The Ministry of Youth emphasizes that this program represents an exceptional opportunity for any young person aspiring to become a driver of positive change, and invites all motivated youth to register through the program’s official platform.
