The second edition of Tarbariitus Festival was great. Amazing lineup of bands and great audience. Was very nice to meet so many great new people this year and see so many familiar faces from last year and from other underground festivals! A true testament that underground metal is still going strong!

Highlight of all the performances for me was Uguns who hail from Latvia. Excellent blend of styles with a black metal vineer. Exceptional musicianship and highly entertaining stage performance and attitude.

Big thanks to Warhorn Records and the Tarbariitus Festival crew for putting so much work, dedication, and attention to detail into this event. You can see it is definitely a project of passion.

Hope to see a third edition next year!

1 year ago I had the privilege to release Loits - "Furor Aesticus" on cassette tape. These are still available to order on gatekeeperrecords.com or directly through me via DM.

Loits is one of the most prolific and influential Estonian black metal bands, themed around Estonian history during WWII.

"Prelude to the Vere Kutse Kohustab" is a compilation of their 7" releases around their second full length album, released specially to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

The tape version is currently available exclusively through Gatekeeper Records.
