Possible culprits?
Overfiltration
Hypotony-induced bleeding
Tube-corneal touch?
Delayed wound leak?

- Clinical tip: Always evaluate IOP, wound integrity, and the position of the tube.

A 6-year-old boy presents with bilateral blue sclerae and ptosis. Upon further evaluation, he has a history of recurrent bone fracturesโ€”a hallmark of a systemic condition affecting connective tissue integrity.

Always look for systemic associations in children with blue sclerae!
