After Greetings,,,
I submit this request to your Excellency in the hope of opening an urgent investigation against the Israeli occupation forces into the crimes committed against Gaza and the Palestinian people, including the killing of civilian men, children, women and the elderly, the demolition of their homes, attacks on ambulances, the destruction of roads, the cutting of electricity and water, the prevention of access to all living necessities, and the bombing of facilities. Civil and vital projects, and the siege of Gaza in general, and all of these acts represent multiple and full-fledged war crimes, and violate international law, the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, which criminalize such acts.
Kindly note that there is a lot of documented evidence of these Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, whether through reports from human rights organizations, international bodies, or the media.
In accordance with the text of Article 15 of the Rome Statute of the Court, you have the right to initiate investigations on your own initiative on the basis of information related to crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court.
The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court explicitly stipulates that the court has jurisdiction to consider crimes of genocide, war and crimes against humanity. The system defines war crimes as serious violations of the Geneva Conventions of August 12, 1949 and any of the acts mentioned in Article 8 against persons protected by the provisions of The relevant Geneva Convention, providing the legal basis for prosecuting Israeli war criminals.
Therefore, we ask your Excellency to open an urgent investigation into these incidents committed against the Palestinian people, and to refer the perpetrators of the crimes to urgent criminal trial, to achieve international justice and for security and peace to prevail in the world.
