It doesn’t matter what time of the day, or what day is it, or what time, start in the middle of the night, or early morning , start late, start on Sunday or Tuesday, start alone , start at home, or in the car … just start!

Why is it important?

There is nothing as the perfect timing… there is nothing as waiting for the right time, just start … don’t delay … you get the idea, work on it … don’t wait to get support from anyone … don’t wait for approvals , don’t wait for the right budget , don’t wait for the right moment … just start!

It is time you say no when you don’t want to go out, or when you feel your energy will be wasted or when you can’t , it s ok to say No to everything that you don’t want to do, to anyone who will absorb your energy , it is ok to say No!

Why is it important ?
Saying yes to everything , everyone , will soon get your energy lost, your objectives unaccomplished, and eventually, your dreams shattered… so, say No to anything and everyone , to every conversation or a task , to every phone call or outing , that you know it is not the right time for you … saying No , keeps your mental state better, more focused and definitely, more happy and satisfied ❤️ القاعدة رقم 7
لا بأس أن تقول لا!

لقد حان الوقت الذي تقول فيه لا عندما لا ترغب في الخروج، أو عندما تشعر أن طاقتك ستضيع أو عندما لا تستطيع ذلك، فلا بأس أن تقول لا لكل شيء لا تريد القيام به، لكي أي شخص سوف يمتص طاقتك، فلا بأس أن تقول لا!

Enjoy a silent moment ❤️This rule sounds like something we do a lot, but actually, we don’t! Whenever there s a silent moment coming, we start rolling over our mobiles, talking to anyone around, or thinking what I’m going to do now!Well, this silent moment should be taken to let your mind free , to take a break, to think of yourself and to take a deep breath…You might think of how I’m going to sit with doing nothing! I have tons of responsibilities ! Well, believe that this silent moment can actually let your mind later have a helicopter view on all your issues and problems that you can start to indulge them and deal with them in a much better way! Enjoy your coffee in your favorite mug, the mug that reminds you of someone , or somewhere , don’t have your coffee in any mug … sit in a favorite seat… put on your favorite jacket … enjoy it… put your favorite perfume … keep it safe … putting rituals in small things, make you add flavor to your life ..

Why is it important?

Putting rituals , make you enjoy the small things In your day , make you look forward for small events in your day that usually you skipped them in the back of your mind or these things that you do them without taste … if you put rituals in your small things and small events, you ll get sense of warmth, you ll no longer wait to go out to feel something different , you ll no longer wait for someone to make you feel better, you can hold on to your moments and enjoy them… refuse to have your coffee in any mug, refuse to wear any perfume , refuse to write with any pen , refuse to wash your face with any soap , refuse to let your body go without water, start putting rituals in your small events ❤️

استمتع بقهوتك في كوبك المفضل، الكوب الذي يذكرك بشخص ما، أو بمكان ما، لا تضع قهوتك في أي كوب.. اجلس في مقعدك المفضل.. البس سترتك المفضلة.. استمتع بها.. ضع عطرك المفضل.. احتفظ إنها آمنة…وضع الطقوس في الأشياء الصغيرة، يجعلك تضيف نكهة لحياتك..

لماذا هو مهم؟

وضع الطقوس، يجعلك تستمتع بالأشياء الصغيرة في يومك، تجعلك تتطلع إلى الأحداث الصغيرة في يومك التي عادة ما تتخطاها في مؤخرة عقلك أو هذه الأشياء التي تفعلها دون ذوق … إذا وضعت طقوسًا في عقلك الأشياء الصغيرة والأحداث الصغيرة، ستشعر بالدفء، لن تنتظر الخروج لتشعر بشيء مختلف، لن تنتظر بعد الآن شخصًا ما ليجعلك تشعر بتحسن، يمكنك التمسك بلحظاتك والاستمتاع بها. رفض تناول القهوة الخاصة بك في أي كوب، ارفض وضع أي عطر، ارفض الكتابة بأي قلم، ارفض غسل وجهك بأي صابون، ارفض ترك جسمك بدون ماء، ابدأ بوضع طقوس في مناسباتك الصغيرة ❤️
