في أول حلقة من “لمسة ولعبة”، هنشوف خط دفاع النادي الأهلي في مواجهة مختلفة. المرة دي مش هيواجهوا هجوم تقيل، لكن هيواجهوا بعض!

في كل حلقة من لعبتنا، هنختبر معلومات اتنين من نجوم النادي الأهلي. ومش كفاية تكون عارف الإجابة، لازم كمان تكون الأسرع في الضغط على البازر، والأهم إنك تكون من الناس اللي ما بتحبش الخسارة، حتى لو المنافس صاحبك وزميلك في نفس الفريق.

أما قواعد اللعبة، فهي بسيطة: اللعبة بتتكون من 3 أشواط، اللي يكسب شوطين يكسب الجيم - في بداية كل شوط، بنختار موضوع من 6 موضوعات مختلفة - أول واحد يضغط على البازر هو اللي يجاوب، ولكل لاعب وسيلة مساعدة واحدة طوال الحلقة، وهي إنه يكلم زميل يجاوب له على السؤال.

في أول حلقة من "لمسة ولعبة"، هنشوف خط دفاع النادي الأهلي في مواجهة مختلفة. المرة دي مش هيواجهوا هجوم تقيل، لكن هيواجهوا بعض!

Egypt will host the 2027 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in November, serving as a qualifier for the 2028 Olympics. The EFA says the tournament will boost national team preparations.

: Red Bull Championship Run 2026 returns to the North Coast’s La Vista Bay East today for its third edition, bringing together runners from across Egypt for a competition focused on speed, endurance and strength.

The event features a series of qualifying rounds, with competitors looking to secure a place in the Grand Final and compete for the Red Bull Championship Run 2026 title.

The event is part of Red Bull’s ongoing sports programme in Egypt, creating opportunities for participants to test themselves and take part in competitive sporting events.

The third edition is taking place at La Vista Bay East today, Frida 7th of August, from 2PM.

تعود بطولة “ريد بُل ران” إلى الساحل الشمالي اليوم في نسختها الثالثة، لتستقبل عشاق الرياضة من مختلف أنحاء مصر في قرية “لا فيستا باي إيست”، ضمن منافسة قوية تقوم على السرعة، التحمل، والقوة البدنية.
