The International Journal of Doctrine, Judiciary and Legislation, "IJDJL", is a peer-reviewed legal periodical released semi-annually, in June and December, founded under the umbrella of the Egyptian Judges’ Club as an implementation of the signed protocol with several Egyptian prestigious academic and research institutions. While IJDJL publishes research articles and essays on all aspects of law, it also incorporates additional categories of publications, including book reviews, and a commentary section, through which contributors are expected to analyze, and comment on, judicial decisions, new legislation, or any current law reform proposals. In addition, IJDJL includes a section for academic legal publications, such as the excerpts of PhD and Masters’ theses. IJDJL is designed to have the widest appeal to those interested in the law - including the judiciary, lawyers, legal practitioners, students, academics, and legislators - and to provide them with an opportunity to stay informed of new ideas and the progress within the legal community.
