The Journey of a Millionaire: 3 Years of Resilience.
Three years ago, I started with nothing but a dream and "Millionaire energy." I believed so deeply in my future success that I named my brand Al-Millionaire Perfumes and Incense before I even sold my first bottle.
On January 7, 2023, I launched my first product, Bakhoor Al-Anfar, in Omdurman. Business was thriving—until the war changed everything.
The Test of Fire
I refused to let my dream die. I decided to move to Wad Madani to restart, but at the bus station, disaster struck: my bag was stolen, taking every penny of my startup capital with it. With a heavy heart but unshakable faith, I went back for just enough money for a ticket and kept moving forward.
Kindness & New Beginnings
In Wad Madani, my friends became my family, opening their homes and hearts for five months. Because of them, I found the strength to rebuild and showcase my work in local bazaars.
But my journey didn't end there. On November 21, 2023, after a long, solitary journey through the desert and across borders, I arrived in Juba, South Sudan.
Three Years Later...
Today, Al-Millionaire stands firm. From the markets of Omdurman to the streets of Juba, this brand is a testament to the fact that wherever God plants you, you can bloom. Thank you for being part of this struggle, this survival, and this success. Here is to many more years of smelling like a Millionaire! 💜
