In his speech delivered at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) session on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) Thursday, Ethiopia's Minister of Water, Irrigation and Energy Seleshi Bekele said, "the reservoir of the dam is 2.5 times smaller than the High Dam's reservoir."
