We are a team of young and passionate entrepreneurs who graduated university in 2012 and who like the pursue the most challenging of paths. We first came up with the idea of Elwafeyat in 2013, when we applied to Flat6Labs Cairo and got accepted. Elwafeyat.com was launched a few months later with a vision to develop the obituary and condolences market, in a way that would serve our generation and more generations to come. We then joined 500Startups in Silicon Valley, who believed in our project.
