The Middle East Observer - MEO The Middle East Observer is a Weekly Economic Newspaper In August 1959, Mr. Ahmed Fouda acquired The Middle East Observer and became the owner of the Newspaper.

Established in 1945 by Boris & Edgar Deblac, covering the movement of Ships in the Ports for servicing imports & exports all over the world, Trade Agreements text, Commercial Laws, the Cotton Stock Market and much more. The Newspaper was Widely spread through its main Office in Alexandria over a wide market of local, Regional & International Subscribers. His First act was To move the Head quarters

to Cairo (The Capital). Issue of 9/8/1954 marked the Middle East Observer's 1st issue under its current management. The Newspaper have expanded its topics to Cover regional tenders, Gulf markets Development, monitoring the growth & development of the Petroleum industry & its Investment opportunities. Mr.Fouda developed a partnership with Financial Times Newspaper for developing content & structure of the Middle East Observer. Since Then, The Middle East Observer has been sustainable in the market delivering Weekly economic News & updates to its readers.
