Honored to have hosted the Egypt session of “Prelude to the Spring Festival Gala: The World Watches the CMG Gala Together”, organized by China Media Group in Cairo on February 13 and held at the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The event gathered over 200 guests from political, academic, and media sectors from both China and Egypt.

It was a privilege to welcome distinguished attendees including Shen Haixiong, Vice Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and President of CMG; Essam Sharaf, Former Prime Minister of Egypt; Liao Liqiang, Chinese Ambassador to Egypt; Amr Hamzah, Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs; and Zahi Hawass, Egyptologist and Former Minister of Antiquities.

More than a New Year celebration, the event highlighted values of reunion, harmony, and hope — a universal language that connects cultures worldwide. Grateful to have been part of such a meaningful experience. 🐎🧧
