We are looking for a talented 2D Animator to join our team 🎨

Qualifications
-Maintain regular documented communication between all team members.
-Utilize technology daily to enhance the learning environment.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise:
-Proficiency in 2D animation application.
-Confidence in proposing and executing creative solutions.
-Strong storyboard, drawing, imagery, and layout design skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a fast pace.
-Knowledge of current design trends.
-Team player with a desire to collaborate and contribute to team success.

Requirements
-A minimum of 2+ years of experience in 2D animation.
-Excellent knowledge of compositing workflow; directory structure, file formats, naming conventions, scripts, automation tools, etc.
-Eye for detail, color matching, value, light, and ability to high-quality own work.
-Portfolio/website demonstrating exceptional art skills and strong design sensibilities
-Knowledge of 2D modeling and asset creation packages.
-Have a strong understanding of animation principles (squash/stretch, ease in/out, staging, anticipation, etc.) and be able to apply them.
-Solid research and exploration methods that demonstrate creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities
-Working closely with the art director and production leads to the creation of all content.
-Create 2D images and animations from concepts for various elements, including characters and props, for use in social media, videos, and other external communications.
-Responsible for creating high-quality digital composites and visual effects, seamlessly integrating the various layers of a shot.
-Establishes looks and/or follows style direction.
-Understands and follows production guidelines, and solves design and/or effect challenges for key visual effects shots as needed.
-Receives and implements feedback quickly and effectively.
-Collaborates with other team members to ensure shots are delivered to the highest standards and on schedule.

This is a full-time job - In house (Lebanon Square).
