Language skills: Proficiency in speaking English.
Technical skills: Good knowledge of using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
Communication skills: Excellent ability to communicate with customers and employees effectively.
General appearance: It must have a decent appearance and tact in dealing.
Flexibility: the ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
