3:03 – Part Three: "The Visitors"
A new couple, Sarah and Omar, stand in the middle of their freshly painted apartment. The furniture is still wrapped in plastic, and moving boxes are stacked around them.
Omar jokes,
"Feels too quiet here… Like a horror movie waiting to start."
Sarah laughs nervously.
Suddenly, the clock on the wall glitches — 3:03 AM.
The TV, still unplugged, flickers to life.
Static.
Then — a distorted face appears. It’s Mona.
But she’s not the same. Her skin is pale grey. Her eyes are sunken. Her lips move, but her voice sounds layered — like a thousand whispers in one.
"You let it in…"
Omar rushes to unplug the TV — but it's already off.
Yet the screen still glows.
On the mirror above the sink, something starts writing by itself — as if with an invisible finger:
"The seal was broken. The hour is open. Now... we visit."
They hear footsteps… not one pair, but many. From behind every closed door in the apartment.
Sarah grabs a flashlight and opens the bedroom door.
Inside — nothing.
But when she turns around, Omar is gone.
Only his shoes remain.
And beside them — a burning clock, stuck at 3:03.
Sarah’s scream echoes — but no one hears her.
She runs into the hallway, only to find herself back in the same room.
Over and over. A loop.
Then, she sees Mona.
Standing in the center, head tilted, whispering in reverse:
"You’re the next seal."
Sarah falls to her knees, and every light flickers violently.
The doorbell rings.
She crawls to it. Opens it slowly.
Outside stands a little girl with no eyes, holding a cracked TV screen.
From within it, Mona’s voice:
"The hour never ends."
---
The screen fades to black.
One sentence appears:
> “Some clocks don’t tick forward… they count souls.”
