يتميز المدير الناجح بقدرته على فهم وتصنيف موظفيه إلى أربعة أنماط أساسية، مستلهمًا إياها من عالم الحيوان:
1. السمكة:
تُنتج آلاف البيض في صمت تحت الماء، بعيدًا عن الأضواء والضوضاء. هذا النمط يمثل الموظف الذي يعمل بكفاءة عالية وإنجازات ملموسة دون الحاجة إلى التقدير المستمر أو إثارة الانتباه. يركز على تحقيق الأهداف ويساهم بفاعلية في زيادة الإنتاجية.
2. الفرخة:
تبيض بيضة واحدة وتُحدث ضجة كبيرة لجذب الانتباه. هذا النمط يعبر عن الموظف الذي قد يكون إنتاجه محدودًا، لكنه يجيد الترويج لإنجازاته الصغيرة. يستهلك وقتًا ومجهودًا كبيرين في تسويق عمله أكثر من إنجازه.
3. الديك:
لا ينتج شيئًا، ولكنه يصدح بصوت عالٍ ويفتعل المشاكل. يرمز هذا النمط إلى الموظف الذي لا يضيف قيمة حقيقية للعمل، بل يميل إلى خلق الفوضى وإثارة الصراعات بين الزملاء، مما يؤثر سلبًا على بيئة العمل.
4. العصفورة:
تُعرف بنقل الأخبار والثرثرة. هذا النمط يمثل الموظف الذي يهدر وقته في نقل المعلومات، سواء كانت صحيحة أو خاطئة، مما قد يؤدي إلى سوء الفهم وتوتر العلاقات داخل الفريق.
يُعد وعي المدير بهذه الأنماط أساسيًا لتحقيق إدارة فعالة، حيث يُمكّنه من توجيه كل موظف بالشكل الذي يعزز نقاط قوته ويُحد من تأثيراته السلبية، وبالتالي بناء فريق عمل متكامل وناجح.

اللي مش بيكلمك خالص وفجأة يكلمك علشان محتاج حاجة وبعد ما تعمله الحاجة دي يختفي ..

متقولش عليه مصلحجي، الأصح تقول:

مارس بشريته"

الدنيا أبسط من كده ايه المشكلة ان لما حد يحتاج لك يبعتلك و بعدين يختفي ايه المشكلة إن يكون بابك باب قضاء حوائج الناس ؟!
الناس بتتعشم إنك هتقضي حوائجهم لأنك بتقدر تعمل ده

يعني هو الأجمل لما حد يبعتلك إنه محتاج لك تشكر ربنا إنه فتح لك باب خير إنك تقدر تخدم حد لعل دي الحسنة اللي تفرق في ميزانك.
