أطلقت الجمعية العلمية بكلية تكنولوجيا العلوم الصحية (Health Science Association) أولى فعالياتها الصحية بتنظيم قافلة طبية مجانية تحت عنوان “اطمئن على كليتك”، وذلك بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للكلى، وتحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ شريف يوسف خاطر – رئيس الجامعة، وريادة الأستاذ الدكتور/ رشا محمد فتحي – عميد كلية تكنولوجيا العلوم الصحية، وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة الأستاذ الدكتور جمال شيحة للتعليم والثقافة والتنمية المستدامة وتحت رعاية مستشفى الكبد المصري.
أُقيمت القافلة داخل الحرم الجامعي بمبنى E، وشهدت مشاركة وإقبالًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة والطلاب والعاملين، في خطوة تهدف إلى نشر الوعي الصحي وتعزيز أهمية الفحص المبكر والوقاية من أمراض الكلى.
وتضمنت القافلة عددًا من الخدمات الطبية المجانية، منها تحاليل صورة الدم الكاملة (CBC)، وتحاليل وظائف الكلى، والكشف الباطني، وأشعة السونار، واستشارات التغذية العلاجية، والكشف الجلدي، بالإضافة إلى ركن خاص للعناية بالبشرة والشعر بالتعاون مع أكاديمية أوشين للتجميل.
واستفاد من خدمات القافلة أكثر من 200 من منسوبي الجامعة، في يوم عكس روح التعاون والعمل المشترك بين الجهات الطبية والتنظيمية المشاركة.
وتتقدم الجمعية العلمية بخالص الشكر والتقدير لكل الجهات الداعمة والمشاركة في إنجاح هذه القافلة، متطلعين إلى المزيد من الفعاليات والمبادرات الصحية التي تعزز الوعي الصحي داخل المجتمع الجامعي.
The Health Science Association at the Faculty of Health Science Technology launched its first health initiative by organizing a free medical convoy titled “Check on Your Kidneys”, in celebration of World Kidney Day,Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater – President of the University,
and under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Rasha Mohamed Fathy – Dean of the Faculty of Health Science Technology. in cooperation with the Professor Dr. Gamal Shiha Foundation for Education, Culture, and Sustainable Development and under the sponsorship of the Egyptian Liver Hospital.
The medical convoy was held at Building E inside the university campus and witnessed great participation from faculty members, teaching assistants, students, and staff. The initiative aimed to raise health awareness and emphasize the importance of early screening and prevention of kidney diseases.
The convoy provided a variety of free medical services including Complete Blood Count (CBC), kidney function tests, internal medicine examinations, ultrasound (sonar), therapeutic nutrition consultations, and dermatology checkups, in addition to a special skin and hair care corner in collaboration with Ocean Beauty Academy.
More than 200 members of the university community benefited from the services provided during the day, which reflected a strong spirit of cooperation among the participating medical and organizing teams.
The Health Science Association extends its sincere appreciation to all supporting and participating partners for their valuable contribution to the success of this initiative and looks forward to organizing more health activities that promote awareness within the university community.
