بنفكرك بسرعة إيه هو الUGC:
‎المحتوى اللي بينشئه المستخدم: ده نوع من المحتوى اللي بيعمله الجمهور أو العملاء نفسهم. زي مثلاً لما حد يصوّر منتج ويعمل بوست عنه على إنستجرام، أو يكتب تقييم على موقع. المحتوى ده مهم عشان بيكون صادق وطبيعي، وبيساعد الناس التانية تثق في المنتج أكتر لأنه جاي من ناس زيهم مالهمش مصلحة انهم يعلنوا عن المنتج (على عكس الانفلوينسرز).

انما بقى ال EGC Employee Generated Content
‎هو المحتوى اللي بينشئه الموظف
‎ده نوع تاني وأجدد من المحتوى اللي بيعمله موظفين الشركة نفسها وبيبقى برضه بشكل طبيعي مش رسمي أوي. زي لما موظف ينزل صورة من جو العمل أو يشارك حاجة عن الشركة على حسابه الشخصي. ده بيدّي انطباع إن الناس اللي شغالة في الشركة مؤمنة باللي بتعمله وده بيقوّي ثقة الجمهور.

فوايدها انها بتبقى مش مُكلِفة، الموظف بيحس انه مُمثل للشركة فبتقوي علاقته بالمكان، بتبقى دعاية غير صريحة لو الموظف بدأ يعرض المنتج او الخدمة بطريقة ذكية وطبيعية كجزء من يومه الطبيعي في الشغل
