Hi, we’re Paula & Declan Houlihan —
a Polish-Canadian woman and an Irish man united by love, adventure, and the dream of exploring the world together.
Our Journey Begins
We met in 2010 in Dublin, Ireland — and from day one, the connection was undeniable. Two years later, we married in Poland, surrounded by family and friends, ready to take on life’s adventures as partners.
We travelled extensively across Europe, soaking in cultures and stories. When the opportunity to buy property in Dublin came up, we decided instead to invest in what we truly wanted — travel.
Chasing Dreams Around the Globe
We set off for Central and South America, exploring vibrant landscapes and diverse cultures. Then, to fund our next chapter of travels across Asia, we lived in Australia for a year, working hard and saving every penny.
Now, we call Spain’s Costa Blanca home, drawn by its healthy lifestyle and perfect climate — especially for Declan, who lives with cystic fibrosis. Here, we balance work and adventure, embracing the best of both worlds.
